Once you arrive at the port, You are free to make your own visit of the old Medina of Essaouira, and get lunch where ever you want.\nYou will join the driver at the same dropping off point to be picked up,and Afternoon Drive back to Marrakesh on your comfort transport.\nDrop you off at your Hotel/Riad in Marrakech

We kick off our journey from Marrakech to Essaouira at 8 am, embarking on a day-long expedition to the renowned medieval city of Essaouira, a UNESCO world heritage site celebrated for its annual Gnaoua music festival. Multiple attractions await your discovery in Essaouira on this day trip from Marrakech such as the beach, the harbor, the ramparts, the Jewish district, La Skala, Moulay El Hassan square, and the port. Day trip to Essaouira - Booked this trip last minute whilst staying in Marrakech. Our driver Younes contacted me straight away with confirmation of the booking and pick up arrangements. He arrived promptly on the day of the trip. The long journey went by quickly as You es broke it up with service stops plus a short tour of an Argan Oil women’s cooperative. We had plenty of time to explore Essaouira. It was definitely worth the journey. Younes was a safe, reliable and friendly driver. Would recommend to others.

INCREDIBLE EXPERIENCE WITH THE DRIVER - The experience has been incredible, the driver Jushep (Jose) was super friendly and close to the clients, we laughed a lot with him and we really enjoyed it.
I also made stops to rest, go to the bathroom and buy some food, have a coffee and so on.
The experience in the waterfalls was incredible, the super friendly guide explained everything to us and also helped us get the monkeys to climb on us.

Taxi business - Bahadi and Adil- the driver, were amazing and very considerate throughout the journey, as my mum was sick they made the time to make stops and help us to the pharmacy and ensured we had a safe and comfortable journey throughout.

Day in Essaouira - I have a very great time, fiesta we stop to have some coffee on a interesting restaurant and then then show how then do argan oil in here. It wss very fun and the time we haved in the Essaouira was the perfect time to visit and hace lunch. We had bahadii and adil and they where very simpátic during the trip.

Good option if you are in Marrakech for many days - Very good experience to spend the day. If you are in Marrakech for many days, this day trip is worth it. Essaouira is a very different city from Marrakech. The medina and the port are beautiful. The guides Baadhi and Adil are very friendly, although you will practically be at your own pace the entire excursion. If you can, go eat at the Azouka restaurant. Although it is not Moroccan food, it is very cheap and with very well prepared dishes. The stop at the Argan oil cooperative is very interesting.
