Essaouira is a city of pirates and adventurers, where around every corner, you’ll uncover some amazing stories of betrayal and nobility, love and hate, of mind-blowing adventures and triumph. Being a favourite destination for Musicians and artists from all around the world, Essaouira has squares and alleys filled with music and acrobats and Africans dancing to concerts on the beach among the thundering roar of the ocean at night. Essaouira is a bustling fishing port with a market offering a fantastic array of ocean creatures, a bustling port that smells far from pleasant and is, therefore, lively and authentic. Great Experience!! - Our time in Essaouira was quite enjoyable the people were friendly the weather was perfect we couldn’t ask for much more. Our guide Rachid gave us a very insightful overview of the history of Essaouira and its people. He was very knowledgeable and possessed a keen sense of humor which I found to be quite refreshing. I would highly recommend Rachid to anyone interested in exploring Essaouira his wisdom and professionalism made our stay in Essaouira quite the pleasant experience.

Memorable tour with a fantastic guide - Special thanks to Rachid for showing us Essaouira. The tour was amazing. Behind the fish market, to the streets of the market, to a fabulous restaurant to have dinner. We really appreciated him showing us the city. We absolutely loved our time there, and hearing the history and current state made it all the more special. What an amazing trip, fantastic tour, and welcoming city. Thanks Rachid. I highly recommend this tour to others.

Thorough and insightful guide; beautiful walk around a lovely city - My group of 10 friends enjoyed a very informative and thorough walk around Essaouirra with tour guide and historian Rachid. His knowledge and insights about Essaouirra -- in the current day and in the past -- were far-reaching! His descriptions added a level of understanding and enjoyment of the city and port that I am sure we would have missed on our own. Also, he was flexible with some specific adjustments my group needed to make along the way. I highly recommend this walking tour.

Essaouira is for ever - On one of the days of our New Year's Moroccan tour, my family and I went to Essaouira. Our guide was Jalil, a unique guide who knows five languages and knows the answer to any question about the country and life. On the way we stopped at the argan oil factory and took pictures with goats on argan trees. In the city we were amazed by everything. The beauty of the old streets, the boutiques of artists, the fish market and the fortress from the embankment. And how we admired the extraordinary restaurant on the roof of the hotel! And how we saw off the sun in a cafe with a view of the Purple islands! Essaouira is for ever…

A city worth to visit - The trip was fully organised by our fantastic guide. The city itself is very beautiful. There are a lot of places to take cool photos. A lot of restaurants, for every taste. Though, the main marketplace was smelly. Our guide Mohammed, knew the city very well and told a lot about its history.

Magic Essaaouira - We explored Essaouira with Hassan - a nice, friendly and funny guy. The walk was simply unforgettable - both due to the personality of the guide and to the uniqueness of the ancient and picturesque city. And the final was simply fantastic: buying fresh sardines in the harbor and having a joint meal there, on the seashore. Now we miss magical Essaouira and our friend Hassan. We want to come back!

Fun and sunny Essaouira - Another great tour with Katya! Very fun as Essaouira itself. The way there and back takes some time but time spent with Katya is so interesting that it will pass like one second. We stopped on the way to pet tree-climbing goats and also visited some really authentic souks. Katya told us so much about Essaouira and showed some unique places (where we found rare vintage finds that will hold forever a memory of the best trip to Morocco). Katya knows good places and besides history, tells so much about modern day life of Moroccans, she truly introduces you to the culture and people, so you get totally different unique experience from these trips.
