Great Experience - The scenery was absolutely beautiful, and our tour guide, Filip, was excellent. There were seven of us in the group, most of whom were seniors, and he maintained a comfortable walking pace that suited everyone. Filip was incredibly knowledgeable about the history of the area and explained everything with patience and clarity. His warm personality and attention to our group’s needs made the experience even more enjoyable. Highly recommended!

Magnificent place - Would absolutely recommend visiting on a day trip from Prague. It is two hour journey to get there, but worth it. So many insights into Czech history brought to life.

Kumlov and Filip are both Czech gems! - Start to finish this was a beautiful day. Filip is an excellent guide with fantastic knowledge of Czech history and this gorgeous town. He was especially kind and considerate with my husband who walks with a cane due to an injury.

One of my best decisions. - VERY informative tour guide. We were picked up in a very nice, modern van by the tour guide himself at our hotel doorstep. The drive has beautiful views of the country side. As for the tour itself. Our guide was top notch. Not only did he have extensive knowledge of the history of Český Krumlov, but had ample stories from his own experience. After the 1.5-2 hour guided tour. Our guide recommended us to a delicious, and very authentic Czech restaurant that has been there for years. After that, trust me when I tell you— they gave us PLENTY OF TIME to explore the town center. After that, we were dropped off again at the hotel. Also, ask any questions and recommendations for Prague from the guide, he gave us some amazing tips and recommendations for afterwards!

Tour guide very friendly... - Tour guide very friendly and informative. He provided humorous anecdotes at every stop on the castle/old town tour, and the pace was reasonable for some of us older guests. Old town was fairly small, and I could have spent less time there, since I am not interested in cheap souvenirs. That said, the trip was worthwhile, just to see a little more of the Czechia countryside, outside of Prague.

Good marketing supporting very little - You use one full day of vacation to enjoy an experience which is over in 30 minutes. 4 hours drive, 2.5 hours in the town, not much different than Prague, where you spend half the time at lunch waiting for your food. The trip is remarkable for its marketing which is making something out of very little. This time exploring Prague is a much better use of the time. The guide did a good job in the 30 minutes he spent with us. The driver we had for 4 hours was just that, a driver. NO effort in engaging the group or sharing information at any time. We expected so much more. It turned out to be a disappointment. I don’t intend to be negative. Only objective which as travelers must be in our reviews to help the traveler behind us.
