- Turgen Waterfalls - We will do trekking to the waterfall around 2 km hiking that is at 1521 meters elevation. Bear Waterfall is easily accessible and beautiful in the Turgen Gorge, and is one of the most visited places by tourists and lovers of mountain trails. The waterfall is named “Bear” because brown bears were found in the Turgen Gorge back in the 1960s[
- Lake Issyk - Issyk Lake, which is also known as Esik lake, is a bright-colored alpine lake enclosed by beautiful mountain nature and lush forests together with vast flower fields. Located in the southwest of of the Almaty region of Kazakhstan, this high-mountainous pit-type reservoir has an ancient landslide-tectonic origin.

We had a great time and the planning was amazing! - Thank you for the amazing tour. The sites they took us to were gorgeous and the day was very well planned. They even arranged a taxi pickup and paid the fare. Recommended!

Bear Falls Transplant Lake Museum Day Tour - We had a fun trip with Wifi, especially the beautiful scenery and the weather was good, and the guide was so friendly and detailed, so it was a great trip and the driver was happy to drive calmly.
Finally the pickup service to the hotel is the best 👍

short day out from almaty - i got good experience with small group. time was punctual and lunch was very delicious. fall, lake and museum all are worth visit when you have limited time of day.

Wonderful Experience with Kazakhstanverynice - I had the pleasure of experiencing a tour with Kassym, and I can confidently say it was one of the best travel experiences I've had. Issyk lake & museum with Kassym - Joyful hiking around Issyk lake & upto Besr waterfall. Museum of Goldenman was more interesting with archeologist. Kassym tries every effort to fulfil tourst's mind.

Highly recommended - We had an absolutely wonderful experience on this tour!
The places we visited were stunning. In our opinion Issyk Lake stands out as the most beautiful from all lakes we’ve seen in the area.
Our guide Kassym was amazing and he shared so many interesting tips and insights that made the day even more enjoyable and informative.
Everything was well-organized, relaxed, and enjoyable.

Beautiful day discovering Almaty’s nature - We had the most amazing day exploring Bear Waterfall and Issyk Lake, and it was all thanks to our wonderful guide, Kassym. From the moment we met him, he was warm, polite, and incredibly thoughtful—he really made the whole experience feel special.
The day started with a stop at a local stall where we got to try traditional Kazakh pasties—so delicious and such a fun way to begin the trip! The hike to Bear Waterfall wasn’t too difficult, and Kassym was right there with us the whole way, always checking in, sharing stories, and taking the most beautiful photos (he seriously has an eye for it!).
When we reached the waterfall, the views were absolutely stunning—peaceful, wild, and so refreshing. After that, we headed to Issyk Lake, which completely took our breath away. It was picture-perfect, and we were just in awe of the scenery.
One of the sweetest parts of the day (literally!) was when Kassym brought us to a spot where we could buy fresh, all-natural honey, honeycomb, and local herbal teas. They made the best souvenirs—we brought them home and they remind us of this beautiful day.
Lunch was another highlight: a cozy local spot with delicious shashlik (Kazakh barbecue) that hit the spot after the hike. We ended the trip with a visit to the Golden Man Museum, where we learned so much about the region’s history.
This tour was more than just a day trip—it was a truly memorable experience, and we couldn’t have asked for a better guide than Kassym.
