Discover how to craft ‘sfoglia’ (fresh pasta) by hand and assemble 2 unique pasta varieties (stuffed pasta + fresh pasta) from scratch with a Cesarina. In addition, take the opportunity to learn how to concoct the legendary Tiramisu. On this hands-on culinary journey, where your love for Italian cuisine can connect you with others. With a maximum of 12 people in the class, this intimate learning experience also provides a chance to socialize with fellow culinary enthusiasts.
