IF IT IS SUSPECTED THAT SOME FISH MAYBE POISONOUS, NI VANUATU WILL DEMONSTRATE A SAMPLE ON THE GROUND; IF ANTS AVOID IT, IT’S POISON HOWEVER IF ANTS EAT IT SO DO THE PEOPLE.
- Blue Lagoon - You will get to spend one hour at this particular spot to enjoy swimming in one of the best swimming holes on the island of Efate.
- Sara Beach - We will get to spend 1 hour break at the Sara Beach restaurant for some lunch. Enjoy the local cuisine prepared with passion and traditional cooking methods.
- Nasinu Hot Springs - The Nasinu hot springs and mud bath is a natural healing gift from nature. A mixture of sulfur and salt water that can soothe body aches, arthritis, muscle pain, skin conditions and has many more health benefits. It is preferable to bring short pants and swim wears for this particular stop.
- Mele Maat - We will make a brief stop for some photo opportunities at the great lookout situated on top of Klems Hill
- Tanna Coffee - We take a stop at the Tanna Coffee Factory where you will get to see one of our main agricultural exports and also get a taste of some fresh local coffee.
- The Kava House - Every great day spent on the island ends with a bowl of kava. You will get to understand the significance of Kava in our society and it’s current relevance in terms of business opportunities for the locals and how it drives the grassroot economy.

A wonderful day with Yumi - We really enjoyed seeing Efate. Carl did a great job of driving us around and giving information.
We were picked up on time. We were caught in traffic so missed a little of the cultural talk. Our welcome to the Village was a highlight. Blue Lagoon was amazing. The hot springs were different but Maria explained things well. It was a memorable time! Flat Rock for lunch was another amazing view and meal.
Swimming at Eco Beach was great.
Too many things to describe!!

Great day on the island. - We had a fantastic day with Katrina and Sam. The island is lush and beautiful. The locations were very entertaining and spectacular. The lunch at Top Rock was brilliant. We really enjoyed the trip.

Vanuatu We Love you! - BIG THANKS to Carl and his beautiful wife Joyce for the AMAZING day we had traveling around the island of Efate 175km round trip, Cultural Village, Turtle Santuary,Hot spring Mud bath, Blue lagoon, Top Rock, Tanna Coffe House and Kava tasting. such a wealth of knowledge shared, VIP treatment all the way.

Great day trip around Efate - Great trip around the whole island of Efate. Our guide Ricky told us many interesting things about Vanuatu. Visited a Cultural Village, Blue Lagoon (amazing), some hot mud pools, Lunch at Top Rocks, a beach and Tanna coffee. Highly recommended tour!

This around island tour is a must! - So glad we did this tour. STAN our Guide was really informative and answered lots of questions we had about Vanuatu. Our first stop was the Cultural Village which was fun and really interesting. We found out about healing plants and traditional hunting and fishing. The fire walking was also amazing. We headed to the Blue Lagoon which is so beautiful then on to the Hot Springs. From being covered in the mud pool, rinsing off then enjoying one of the heated pools, it was a blast! Lunch was next at the Top Rock, with incredible views and a light meal, where snorkelling is also available. Our drive to the beach near Hideaway Island took us to the Tanna Coffee Factory. Just a small place with traditional machinery and an interesting story of how the beans are processed. This was followed by by a cup of their delicious medium roast Coffee, some of which we bought to bring home. Finally we visited the Kava tasting experience, Quite an acquired taste! In all we can highly recommend booking this tour with TripAdvisor as it was well organised and the vehicle from YUMI TOURS was cool and comfortable. 👍

Best way to learn about this beautiful country! - We absolutely loved this trip! Turned out there were only 2 of us participating, what allowed to enjoy every stop in our own pace. Our amazing guide Julian shared with us heaps of interesting information about nature, history and kastom - in this one day we've learnt the most about Ni-Vanuatu people and this beautiful country. Pepeyo village, Blue Lagoon and stunning views from Top Rock are main highlights, but we also loved Hot Springs and the mud bath! The day was packed with activities, yet we arrived at our accommodation happy and relaxed. Great experience 10/10, must do in Efate!

A must! - A really great day, we chose this trip as we only had a short stay in Vanuatu and we are so glad that we did! Our tour guide Vincent was very knowledgable and our driver Julian took us round the whole island safely. The blue lagoon was just as blue as the pictures make out it to be and the cultural village was so informative. A must if you are staying in Efate!

It was a disappointing day. - It was a disappointing day. First, the Custom Village was closed on Sunday — something that should have been mentioned on the website or after booking, not only when we were already in the car. The tour itself felt more like a transfer between spots than an immersive experience. At the coffee factory we got a 5-minute explanation and then spent an hour in a café (not even the best one) at our own expense. Lunch was basic — fries, plain rice, bananas, and meat, nothing traditional or unique. The Kava experience was very brief, and we didn’t actually learn anything about it. I really wanted to love this tour, get some memorable experience and dive into the culture and enjoy local dishes and history.
Port Vila is beautiful and the people are very friendly, but it’s probably better to just rent a car, save some money on this tour and explore island at your own pace.
