We will gather at the monumental flagpole to begin our event. Following this, we will proceed to the mezcalería, where an expert will lead us through an enjoyable tasting of tequilas and mezcals. During this experience, we will delve into the key aromas, flavors, and textures that help us recognize a quality beverage. For those interested, there will be an opportunity to sample traditional grasshoppers from the Oaxaca mezcal region—we are confident you will enjoy them!

After the tasting, we will take a stroll along Ensenada’s tourist street, where you can shop for and appreciate a variety of local crafts. Our next stop will be a tortilla factory to observe the process of making authentic tortillas. You will even have the opportunity to create a simple yet tasty tortilla taco with just a pinch of salt.

Subsequently, we will visit the municipal market to explore a craft shop before heading to the “Black Market,” where fishermen offer their daily catch. We will take a leisurely walk along the boardwalk back to our starting point. If you still have some energy, we will conclude with a margarita at the location where this iconic drink was first created.
