La Marina 10 - We receive you at the flagpole to start our tour and we walked to our place for the event.
We will taste 3 different brand mezcals of the Espadín type, it will be what we know as horizontal tasting and, 3 tequilas of the same brand but different types)blanco, reposado y añejo), vertical tasting.We can say that those who accompany us to this tasting will leave with a good knowledge of mezcals and tequilas and will know the difference between one and the other. All marinated with a good ceviche made at the moment.

We will start our journey by strolling to a pleasing al fresco location, where we will engage in a horizontal tasting, sampling 3 espadin variety mezcals. Following this, we will conduct a vertical tasting that consists of 3 kinds of tequila - blanco, añejo, and reposado, all suitably paired with freshly-prepared ceviche.

This tasting session will empower you to distinguish between mezcal and tequila, the two most iconic beverages of Mexico.

Highly recommend this tour! - Lizette and Xavier were amazing guides! They made us feel like we were on a VIP tour and made our experience extra special with the additions they made to our tour. A must-do when visiting Ensenada!

Family Fun at the Tequila & Mezcal Tasting - My family and I had a fantastic time at this event. Lizette did a wonderful job of organizing everything and making sure my Mom had a ride from the meeting point if the walk was too far. Astrid, Manuel and Xavier did a great job of explaining the mezcal and tequila making process while also explaining the history and the background of the people making it. In between tastings, Astrid introduced us to some nice toasts and sayings. The ceviche Xavier made was a nice compliment to the tequila and mezcal we tasted. It was a great afternoon that my family talked about for the rest of the trip.

Authentic Mexican tequila and mezcal - Astrid met us at the Mexico flag pole at the cruise port. We walked a few blocks while she explained the history of the Mexican flag. She was very warm and engaging. At the venue we met Javier the chef and Manuel the tequila/ mezcal expert. All were warm and welcoming. We were given the history of tequila making in Mexico and the origins and traditional use of mezcal. We were offered two types of ceviche with tortilla chips and jicama slices. We then sampled three types of tequila and three types of mezcal. The mezcal is very strong like moonshine. Overall the experience was more than we expected and highly recommend. This tour is great if you want authentic Mexican tequila and a personalized experience!!!
