Best Beach Horseback Riding Experience Ever!Definitely Worth It! - This was an awesome experience! If you ever want to horseback ride in Ensenada, look no further! You will not be disappointed! The owner, Chrystal began communicating with me before we docked, which was much appreciated. The pick up was easy, drive to the beach was just as smooth. The horses were so calm and well behaved! You can tell she takes great care of them and loves on them equally as much. The ride was peaceful and beautiful! Chrystal even shared pictures and videos she'd taken off us during our ride. Love, love, loved this experience! ❤️

Great horseback ride on the beach - This excursion was wonderful all around. Chrystal (business owner) made it enjoyable and easy for us. We received confirmation and clear directions in advance of our arrival. Chrystal picked us up in her car exactly as planned (short walk from cruise pier) and drove us to the beach location about 45 minutes south. Great conversation on route! Chrystal is a native English speaker so no worries about a potential language barrier, and very congenial. At the beach we met Alex, our guide, who led us for 90 minutes up and down the beach with gorgeous views of the mountains, ocean, and even our cruise ship in the distance! Great experience for novice and experienced horse riders alike. The horses were very sweet and gentle. We didn't have to worry about taking pictures, as Alex took a lot of great ones which were sent to us after. Chrystal met us at the end of the ride and drove us back to town, offering to drop us off anywhere in town we wanted to visit. Most kind! We completely recommend this tour for small and larger groups.

Recommend! - Nice, quiet, mostly empty beach. Staff were kind and helpful and the horses were easygoing. Had to reschedule last minute because of our cruise ship’s itinerary, which they made very easy. Our guide took plenty of great photos of us on the horses, and a couple videos as well. Very much recommend. Chrystal and Alex were great.

The beach was amazing on a horse - it was a great experience we went on the beach. One horse was kind of tired, but we are escorted by a wonderful 12 year-old girl and she did a great job.

Great experience! - A fun relaxing ride! Horses very well taken care of and our guide, Alex, went as fast or slow as we wanted. He took great photos and video, which he sent to us. The beach was beautiful! Very reasonably priced.

Great tour for any weather! - The ride was on a peaceful stretch of beach. We came on a rare foggy day but it was still the perfect activity for any weather. Our tour host, Crystal, was flexible and provided great communication and was very personable. Our guide, Alex was great with the group, giving us each the experience we were looking for and even took pictures and videos along the way that were shared with us at the end of our ride. Great experience!

Back again for another adventure! - This was the second time our big group of moms and kids booked the beach ride in Ensenada. The pick up from our cruise ship was easy to find and on time and the handlers were friendly and helpful with the kids who needed to be on a lead. They were careful to pair riders with horses that matched riding experience and temperament which meant everyone got what they wanted from the ride, be it a slow relaxing ride or something a bit more adventurous. You really can't find anything like this, having a beach all to yourself in the States, so it's a special excursion and the price is beyond worth the memorable experience. We also love supporting a woman owned business!

It was OK - Based on previous 5-star reviews, I was a bit disappointed. Everything from the van, to the ranch, to the horses was just rundown. While Crystal was great at communicating via the message center, she was not at the horseback riding experience. The communication from the 3-4 male guides was minimal. The drive to the ranch took about 35 minutes, which was longer than I expected. Nothing much was said on the way there. After arriving, we waited about 15 minutes with another group of people and then were motioned to re-enter the vans for a 5-minute drive to the beach. Then waited another 15 minutes before we were motioned to get onto the horses and given basic left, right, and slow instructions on how to move the reins. Three people from the larger second group of tourists actually decided not to get on the horses. They just didn't feel comfortable and waited for the rest of their party to return. After about 20 minutes of riding, I, and a few of the ladies from the other group, were ready to turn back. I felt bad for the horses as they seemed old and tired. Honestly, I am probably just too old for this as my back still hurts from the constant bouncing up and down on the horse (and I am generally in good shape for a 50 y/o).
