- 264R+49 English Harbour - Traveler’s will arrive to the distillery to participate in a 1 hr long class to make their very own rum. starting off with a rum tasting of our 6 locally made rums. participants will then proceed to create their very own mixture of flavours and mix in all necessary ingredients to bring home a full size, 750ml bottle with a personalised label. the shared class is for 2 people to use one still create one flavour and take home one bottle between them.

They’ll also have the chance to try their hand at making their own flavours, and learn how create the perfect drink.

Go for it and enjoy the rum - A real fun experience. Our second time after enjoying it last year. Henry runs it well. There were eight of us and we had 4 stills. You start with tasting 7 commonly used flavours and then get into serious blending of about 20 flavours and tasting whilst the clear distilled rum is collected in front of you.
It is a very alcoholic experience. You will have a lot of laughs but will create a bottle of rum to take home.
Not for the faint- hearted!

Fabulous journey into rum making! - We signed up for this masterclass in rum making / blending which was great fun. The course was well run and interesting. We were taken through the whole process and blended our own bottle of rum to take home with us. Thoroughly recommended.

Amazing fun for all the family making Rum! - We had an amazing time as family of three at Rum Making!
This was a great activity to do and our daughter aged 7 enjoyed all the science and 'potion' making elements and even got her own special label and soft drink to have.
The guys made us all feel really welcome and was a really insightful, enjoyable and fun thing to do as a family! Highly recommended to do this whilst at Galleon Beach.

Best experience! - We were in Antigua for the day on a cruise and were looking for something different to do. We are so happy to have found Academy of Rum! We had the best time making our own rum, mixing the flavors and tasting! This was the best excursion of our whole cruise.

Best Excursion!! - We were in Antigua for the day on a cruise and were looking for something different to do. This was the best experience!! They walked us through the whole rum making process and we were able to take our bottle home. It was fun to mix flavors and make our own flavor of rum. We had a great time and would definitely recommend this tour!

Must do rum making/tasting experience - Amazing experience! 1st time ever making rum and it was one of the best experiences I've had. The people running it were very helpful and knowledgeable. A must do activity if you like rum or want a different experience. Also tasted 6 different rums which were great too! Highlight of our holiday

Rum making ! - This was so much fun! We got to make our very own bottle of rum .A little history lesson of rum making .
