Informative and interesting without being too much - Excellent and informative, surprisingly easy to follow directions. Not having to follow a map on your phone was a bonus as the audio directions were excellent.Just about the right amount of information.

A tour of historic, beautiful Shrewsbury with a Darwin hook - I thought the guide was superb - 50 elements to the walk. I got to around 40 before I had to leave to go to a football game. Perfect if you are coming by train as it starts pretty much outside the station. I was going for around 1 hour 30 before I had to stop. The spoken guide was nice and light, just a good amount of intro info to the town. Plenty of interesting facts, very accessible. The app navigation was terrific (just a couple of times where I found it lost me, even when I was on the correct path). I loved the set and forget element to it. Trust when it tells you to stop and listen to the walking instructions which are very simple. Makes such a nice change not to have to get a phone out all the time and feels like an 'indoor' attraction when done like this I'd 100% go back to Shrewsbury with a bit more time to play and will use the guide again. Great value

A Wonderful Approach to Shrewsbury - There were three in our party and we are "seniors," but had no trouble with downloading the app and initiating the tour. The content presented was interesting and fun, the ability to move from site to site at a comfortable pace, and the leisure to start at any time during the day you have reserved were big plusses. We would definitely recommend this tour!!

Enjoyable tour - Interesting tour once we’d got the hang of the app. Starting point was not too obvious. We took two and a half hours to do the tour as it was worth stopping and looking more closely at some of the places. Really surprised that the Cathedral was not included in the tour.

This was an interesting experience that we intend to try again - our Lil was around Shrewsbury town we know well, but history not so. There were a number of occasions when you got to point, he told you to stand still and he told you a lot of information. during the time he was talking, wanted to round a bit, looking at what he was talking about. Therefore, it would have been helpful when he finished telling you historical information he would say now return to the middle of the bridge for example and walk up the hill rather than waiting till we were well of course.

Waste of time and money - App did not work. The customer service representative contacted for help prior to departure for Shrewsbury was poorly trained and could not help. Complete waste of my money paid. The technical help phone number go Veen at times of booking to call if problems when at start of the tour gave no signal and could not be contacted
