On top of the world - Both our tour guides were great.. were quick to take care of the admin stuff fast enough in order to get the show on the road quickly. Bus used was comfortable and got us to our excursion on time. Once at our location it was amazing.. there were parts were we lost time in trying to figure out where we needed to go / do to get separate activities done before our time limit.. (rope bridge, tubing, ski lift) but we were able to check off these activities, grab a snack and make it to the bus on time. This experience was well worth it.

Absolutely stunning! We... - Absolutely stunning! We liked being able to do what we wanted once we got there, but our guide was around if we had questions. Very informative and loved every second of it.

Amazing, a must-do Tour!!! - I absolutely LOVED this tour especially as a female solo traveller. It was worth every £. The guides were extremely patient and friendly. I appreciated the freedom to roam around on my own to explore Mount Titlis. I would highly recommend!! Thank you, I will return !!!

Great experience - Really enjoyed this trip - well worth it! We came from Australia so the snow was a novelty for us. The views are stunning and we had a good time sliding down on the snow and racing each other.

Great guide, Roberto.... - Great guide, Roberto. Funny and made the most of the traffic jam we had heading back. The guided part is really only for the bus trip- the rest is explore on your own (which is actually better!). An amazing place.

Do not trust Yo Tours (3rd Party Travel Agency) - Experience was great. Just don't depend on the 3rd party tour agency. I really enjoyed the local tour guide and the whole experience was exactly as described. But I wasn't given the contact info of the tour until I contacted Viator about it and complained. I could have nearly missed the bus where the tour guides were waiting for us but they also did not have any contact info. This is all because Viator depended on a 3rd party travel agency that had some commission and were based in India. Do not trust any listing here. Please check if the company you are paying to is based in the country you are taking the tour. I was shocked to find that it was an Indian company taking commissions for a tour in Switzerland. It was not actually organised by them. It was a local tour company through whom I could have got the whole experience much cheaper. So I feel a bit cheated. But the experience was worth the memory so I am not complaining too hard.

Recommend more time up on the mountain - It was a really cool trip to the mountain. If I could recommend one thing to the guides, it'd be to give more time. Because of all the traveling time, we felt really rushed with only 2 hours up on the mountain. We left before dark, which was good, but I think the tour should depart a couple hours earlier to provide more time for activities. Overall, we had a blast!

Less than expected - Not worth the cost. Was supposed to be limited to 24 and we had over 30. Pickup location was confusing. Guide was fair.

The experience on Mt.... - The experience on Mt. Titlis was great. The tour organizer not so much. Let me explain: I made a last minute booking online for this tour the day before. The booking went through no problem so I figured I had a plan for the day. Then the next day about 3 hours before the tour start I got a WhatsApp message that they were overbooked and needed to cancel or postpone. That left me scrambling. I asked a local tour guide and although they also didn't have space they helpfully mentioned that it's quite an easy to visit Mt. Titlis on your own just from the train station. We just went upstairs to the ticket booth at the train station and they sold us all the tickets we needed. When navigating the stations friendly locals helped to point us how and where to make the connections. At the top of the mountain it's a massive resort. There are many activities to enjoy the view and the snow at the top of the mountain. All the items described in the booking were included in the lift ticket. Your experience is greatly affected by the weather so you can check the webcams before you decide when is a good day to go. It was pretty crowded when we went over the holidays. But for us that all thinned out toward the end of the day when all the tour groups had gone. Back to the tour company: I did request and receive a full refund from Viator about a week later. So it all worked out in the end.
