Panama City - Your guide will Pick up in your hotel around 8am, in your private car with AC;

Indigenes Embera - Just about 50min from Panama city, right in the middle of the jungle, in a Island just for them. The Panama goverment has respected their lands, and they are very happy to welcome new people and share their part of the story. They major concen is to lose their identity but showing their culture everyday makes them really passionate and proud of who they are and why so many people wants to visit them for a friendly exchange. They want to practice their english and learn also about you!

Lunch is fresh food, such as fried fish, fruits, rice and bananas.

Visit before or after the community a very nice waterfall in the middle of the jungle, a little walk for about 20-30 minutes is needed to arrive to this beautiful place

Primate Refuge and Sanctuary of Panama - Take your car in direction to the Sloth sactuary in Gamboa Resort, in this place you will have around 1 hour to explore at your own pace the 5-6 sloths in this sanctuary, there is also exposition of butterflies, frogs and orchids included.

Panama City - Be back to your hotel in Panama city around 6pm

Immerse yourself in the day-to-day life of one of Panama’s original indigenous communities, the Embera Queras, who inhabit the vicinity of Lake Gatun. Absorb their customs, historical journey, and participate in enlightening workshops centered around their language, music, dance, local fauna and flora, craftsmanship, and traditional methods of fishing and agriculture.

Embark on a short hike that leads to a striking waterfall nestled in the heart of the jungle, where you have the option to swim.

Subsequent to this, head to the Sloth Sanctuary at Gamboa Resort, a facility dedicated to recuperating sloths and preparing them for a return to the wild.

This trip aids in supporting the local community, with a significant portion of the proceeds being directed to the Embera Quera families.
