You will pass through beautiful landscapes, beaches and marinas. - Lake Vouliagmeni - Lake Vouliagmeni (“Sunken Lake”) is an environmental gem- lake fed by underground currents seeping through the mass of Mount Hymettus located to the south of Vouliagmeni, Greece.
The surrounding rocks and the green-turquoise water makes it an amazing lanscape.
We stop for quick photos with the lake in the background.
- Archaeological Site of Sounion - After traveling for a few kilometres through the South Coast and the Athenian Riviera, you will be bedazzled by the famous landscapes which surround Sounion.
Sounion (or Sunium) was an important ancient Greek religious sanctuary dedicated to the gods Poseidon and Athena. Spectacularly located on a promontory in southern Attica, the site is dominated by the temple of Poseidon perched 70 meters above the sea on the cliff edge.
Sounion is the setting for several episodes in Greek mythology, and is specifically mentioned as a place of religious significance in Homer’s Odyssey. In some myths, this is also the spot where the Athenian king Aegeus threw himself into the sea in despair upon having sighted the black sail of his son Theseus’ ship returning from Crete after his battle with the Minotaur.
- Temple of Poseidon - The ancient Greek temple of Poseidon at Cape Sounion, built during 444-440 BC, is one of the major monuments of the Golden Age of Athens. A Doric temple, it overlooks the sea at the end of Cape Sounion, at a height of almost 60 metres (200 ft).
- Sunset at Cape Sounio - After walking around the Cape Sounion and admiring the Temple of Poseidon you will enjoy one of the most magnificent sunsets of your lifetime.

Amazing place, amazing guide - Fotios was an amazing guide. Very knowledgeable, helpful, patient and got us there right before the buses of huge crowds started to arrive.
He shared the legend behind the temple and it gave us a great perspective as we took our time admiring the scenery without having to wait our turns for photo ops.

Great experience!! ⭐ - Poseidon Sunset Tour with Fotios was amazing. Very smooth ride and he gave us tips where to go and he was always very professional and friendly throughout. I would highly recommend both the tour and the driver.

Amazing Coastal Drive to See the Sunset - We had a great afternoon/evening with Fotis as our driver to see sunset at the Temple of Poseidon. We had some recorded commentary on the way out with Fotis pointing out sights. Sunset at the temple was gorgeous. Had a great conversation with Fotis on the way back to Athens. Highly recommend this trip.

Great trip - Fotis was a kind, considerate and knowledgeable driver and guide. He told us about the local interest sites along the way. We had a wonderful time at Posiedons temple. The sunset was beautiful and Fotis advised us to stay 10 mins after.most had left to see the temple light up. Amazing. Highly recommend this trip!

Amazing Sunset Tour - Kostas was prompt, friendly, polite and very informative for our subset tour to Poseidon. Nothing was too much trouble, the Mercedes van was very comfy and air conditioned. Kostas gave us a lot of information on the journey and even stopped to let us have an impromptu dinner overlooking the sea. Highly recommend Kostas and his team. We have been back to Greece and have found the team extremely helpful. We have used them numerous times foe all our trips and we were very happy.

Stunning setting - We had an amazing experience with this tour .. our driver and guide Marinos was very helpful and informative which added to the overall awesomeness!! the temple of Poseidon set on top of a hill with the Aegean Sea around for miles makes for a stunning location… the climb is not difficult .. you can sit on the rocks and soak in history and nature in a very serene atmosphere.. highly recommend this.. (if u have nausea from winding drives, it might affect your system)
