What do we do?
We will reserve your train tickets beforehand and one of our representatives will deliver the tickets either at the train station or at your hotel.
We will provide all the necessary information about the train timing and details either via email or phone.
What do you need to do?
Simply book the package you are currently viewing, and provide us with your hotel details and the route (ideally from Ella to Kandy) along with any special requests.
Availability of tickets is subject to change. In case of non-availability, we will reserve the next best alternative for you. Your continuation with the booking process implies your agreement to this arrangement.
