Family holiday to recommend 🪷☀️ - Stayed in a tent for 2 nights with my 8 year old daughter who really did not have time to get bored.
Welcoming always warm both by the owners and by Toinon and Sophie (the animators) and their staff with little care...
I recommend without hesitation to all lovers of family campsites, well equipped, fun and aquatic.
Special mention to the cook of the snack 👏.

Best experience of my life - First solo trip to El Salvador and started off the trip going to Conchagua. One of the best experiences of my life. The host was a great communicator. They were able to pick me up from the airport and start our journey. Mauro was helpful showing me around. Getting the chance to be there was worthwhile! Got to see a rainbow formation infront of my eyes. Met some great people. Had good food and enjoyed my time meeting the dogs that stay there. After seeing the sunrise, we stopped at the beach before heading back to San Salvador. All I can say is, just book the trip with them. You will not regret it. Already planning to book another trip with them to take my dad.

10/10 - perfect! - Marvel organized the perfect tour for us! We wanted to do the camping at Conchagua and take the ferry to Nicaragua directly on the next day. It all went very smoothly and all the company’s and drivers knew about us, because Marvel contacted them before. Would really recommend asking him to organize a tour.

Amazing!! - Amazing Tour to Conchagua Volcano. I was nervous about the overnight camping, but my tour guide made it so easy. He made sure I had everything I needed, and the transfer there and up to the volcano was seamless. I’m so glad I didn’t skip this tour and got to see the amazing sunrise! The beach day after the second day was just as great. My guide was so good and went above and beyond and answered all my questions about El Salvador! BOOK THIS TOUR!

Complete scam!! - Warning!! Company took my $500, and then I couldn’t contact them and they never turned up!! Don’t book with them!! We were so disappointed as it was the highlight of our trip. Did manage to book through another company, but I am still waiting for my money to be returned.

Unreliable. Better of doing it yourself. - The tour guide cancelled the trip the literal day before due to his own inconvenience and misplanning. I ended up having to figure the whole thing out myself with a days notice and was able to do it for 1/4 of the price this guy charges. Don’t hastle yourself.

Too far to be worth it. - This trip is too far for not as good of a reward. We were supposed to be picked up at 10 am, we didn’t get picked up until 10:30 and then we didn’t get to the top of Conchagua until 5:30ish a little before sunset. It was not 2-3 hours as it says. There were multiple unnecessarily long stops in both directions. Once on the mountain the sunset platform is closed for construction, so you can’t see it. The tent accommodations are comfortable, but you get the same meal for dinner and breakfast (eggs, beans, cheese, plantains, and tortillas), not a problem for me, but you should know. The guide didn’t wake us up in the morning, so I luckily had startled myself awake in time for the sunrise. The sunrise is beautiful and it is a unique experience. But I would more recommend if you were already planning on being in the south of the country.
As an aside: I had originally booked through Viator the day before. The guide texted me asking if I wanted to do a day later and I said I couldn’t because I didn’t have a hotel room for the night so couldn’t change the schedule. There was not response until the next day. Again I was tried to convince to move the trip because there was another group going the following day, and it wasn’t until he couldn’t find someone else and it was noon that I asked them to cancel. He then told me that he hurt himself and had a cut on the ankle which was why he couldn’t do it. I wish I knew the reason earlier so I could’ve made alternative plans. Instead I wasted half a day, then went to el Tunco where I was planning to be later in the trip. The guide has a shop there and I booked directly through them for a fraction of the cost for the following day, because I thought I would miss out otherwise. Moral of the story, not worth the long trip from San Salvador or surf city. If you’re in the La union area then go

Beware! Unprofessional tour group - I would not book with this company! I planned this trip for my birthday and they didn’t show. I tried messaging them the night before to confirm and again the morning of the trip. I didn’t get a response at all! I waited for my p/u time and an hour and a half after with nothing. They don’t have a phone number so I had to call Viator twice. We finally got ahold of them and they claim they thought I was a guy looking to move my reservation. I found a local tour guide to take me to the overlook and he asked if there were any tours booked there and they said there wasn’t. I don’t mind plans changing or if I was the only one that booked and not wanting to continue with the tour, but the lack of communication is unacceptable. If bookings require 24 hours to cancel, the tour operators should be held to the same standard.
