Yunque nature tour with rock slide - Jeffrey best tour guide and this is the best Yunque tour on the island. Hiked to a natural pool where we swung from a rope and slide down a natural slide. Our tour was fun and safe. Jeffrey made us have the best time.

Fun, but a little crowded. - It was fun, though the spots were quite crowded. Pick up and drop off went well, and the communication with our guide was quick.

Fun excursion with room for improvement - We scheduled an 11 AM tour through Viator. The owner called us the night before, and he told me there was no 11 AM tour. We would need to be ready at 8:30 AM or take it to Viator to get things squared away. We made it work, but it wasn’t a great start to our experience. The tour leader, Carlos, arrived in Fajardo prior to the scheduled time. He seemed like a nice guy but wasn’t particularly attentive. There were times part of the group of seven would become separated, and he didn’t seem to notice. Likewise, sometimes information, when shared, would only be shared with part of the group. It didn’t seem like there was a lot of explanation provided. We had what seemed to be a bit of an interesting situation where our tour leader was being evaluated by some colleagues on this tour, so that led to some awkward interactions. I had hoped there would be a bit more about the rainforest, but it was more adventure based. We had one natural waterslide, the opportunity for two different cliff jumps (from 6 to 20 feet), and a rope swing into the water. There were a lot of groups taking the same route at the same time, but there seemed to be good camaraderie between the various guides and groups. Another tour leader, Japheth, was super helpful and assisted with getting us caught up when we were left behind. He was very attentive to ensure we had a safe and fun time. We forgot a pair of sunglasses in the van, and he was incredibly helpful in getting them back to us the next day on his drive by. It was very much appreciated!

A bit too controlled - It was wonderful to be picked up from our hotel — it saved my friends and I a lot of stress to be driven exactly at the start of the trail. However, we hoped for a lot more freedom throughout the tour. I would love to see future tours allow guests to explore some areas and have time to swim. Also, a lot of our time was spent waiting on lines. It would be great for tour groups to coordinate going into these highly populated areas. All in all, it was beautiful!
