Prepare to discover the unique wildlife and plant life of El Yunque Rainforest in the most thrilling way. The initial hike involves a 30-minute climb up a rocky path, with some sections requiring you to wade through a river. Along the way, you’ll be surrounded by bamboo trees, flowers native to the rainforest and various other captivating species of flora. Our first stop is a natural pool created by a waterfall.
The journey concludes in a secret pool locale. After a slightly challenging hike, we reach a natural river where you can swim, leap from cliffs, swing from a rope and slide down natural water chutes.
The Zipline Adventure on this tour comprises of 7 zipline platforms and a rappel station, each within the rainforest canopy. All platforms have safety equipment and handrails, and guides will assist your landing and movement throughout the course. Your zipline journey kicks off with a leap from the first platform to the second one, located 150ft away. Halfway through the zipline course, you’ll come across a platform from where you’ll be rappelled down safely to another, to continue your zipline adventure.

- Weight limit: 250 pounds per person to participate
- At time of booking, Cruise ship passengers must provide the following information at time of booking: ship name, docking time, disembarkation time and re-boarding time
- Refunds will not be issued if activity is missed due to failure to notify correct weight, location, for late or non-arrival participants
- Must wear comfortable clothing. Tennis or closed toe hiking shoes (no sandals or flip flops allowed), swimsuit, bring a towel and change of clothes.
- Must have a good breakfast before departing on this activity
- Participants must be physically capable of walking thru steep, rocky, muddy trails for long periods, and have balance to walk by uneven surfaces.
- Pregnant ladies, persons with previous injuries, back or knee problems or recent surgery, mobility impairments or other serious medical conditions cannot participate on this activity.
- Children must be 7 years or older to participate.
- This activity is subject to weather and river conditions. In the event cancellation we will offer other options, reschedule or provide refund.
- Minimum number of 4 guest for activity to apply. There is a possibility of cancellation after confirmation if there is not enough passengers to meet requirements. In the event of this occurring, you will be offered an alternative or full refund
- No persons will be allowed to participate on the Zipline portion wearing only bathing suits.
- Due to safety reasons participants must be able to understand English or Spanish. Legally blind or deaf persons are not able to participate due to the same. A Private Rainforest excursion would be the most appropriate option on these cases.
- Estimated activity duration of 10 hours includes: 3.5 hours at the forest, 1.5 to 2 hrs at zipline,1.5 hr driving each way and lunch time.
- Bus will wait only 5 minutes after your assigned pick up time. No refunds will be issued if you miss your pick up.
- Published starting time is only an estimate. Exact pick up time will be provided the DAY PRIOR to your activity.
- Bespoke LM Reserves the Right of Admission - If a person appears to be under the influence of alcohol or drugs, not following instructions or causing disruptions the Guide has the right to Cancel their reservation at any moment, and No Refunds will be issued due to this.
- While the excursion explores the El Yunque region, it does not include a visit to the El Yunque National Forest, managed by the U.S. Forest Service.
- Persons with the previously listed health restrictions cannot participate on the activity. No refunds will be authorized if a person neglects to read complete description and does not meet the safety requirements and limitations on the day of the activity.
