Lovely educational tour - We (two sisters, 22 and 25) went to the Recua Farm in the morning. It rained quite a lot but that didn't bother us too much. The host speaks very good English and he and his wife are super friendly people. We got to pluck, roast, and grind coffee beans, brew coffee, and drink it of course. We learned a lot about the process and the chemistry behind it and also got taught a lot about other plants and fragrance and aroma in general. The place is very pretty with a nice view, it's easy to get there by public transport from Filandia. We sort of had a private tour as we were the only ones that booked that day and we enjoyed that.

More than just a tour - I could’ve not asked for a better tour! Or rather: guided experience. Not only learned I a lot about coffee and its brewery, Mauricio reminded me furthermore to use my mind, to describe tastes on a more detailed level and to listen to the nature. More than a tour, a personalized and quality experience - As Colombians, an experience of this type is something not to be missed. We are proud of our coffee, but usually our knowledge is minimal. On this tour we found a very quiet and pleasant place, a natural space adorned by birds, fruit trees, coffee and banana, as well as a pleasant climate and clean air that allow you to enjoy disconnected from the noise and smog of the cities. Most importantly, our hosts are very friendly people, smiling and always willing to provide the best service and knowledge about coffee, you soon feel at home and have the opportunity to experience the different processes involved in a good cup of coffee, enjoying a complete sensory experience. Super recommended and at a very comfortable price for everything it offers, in addition to great technical knowledge, the warmth and personalized attention received.

Best coffee tour - The truth is that it is a very nice tour, I had already been on other coffee tours but I had not seen the process in such detail. It's the best I've ever been to, my husband loved it too. You feel the passion and love for coffee, its process and cultivation.

A complete and very tasty experience - Like an excellent wine tasting, but with coffee. From the different beans and corresponding flavors, to the way it is roasted, tasted... accompanied by the words and passion that the owner of the farm puts into the coffee. There is also a tour of the plantation and a snack is included. Very well thought out and done!!!!
