Worth it - Don't miss out on El Nido. Mega view, take your actioncam with you:) And best to be there early when the zipline opens, between 8.30 and 9 o'clock nothing is going on. Cost 500-700php, depending on whether you want to sit or walk over in the Superman.

Zipelnido ! - Put your phones safely in your bag. For 300 pesos a professional photographer will send you at least a dozen images of each of you via WhatsApp after! The zip line is a great experience which you’ll be glad you waited for. “Wait” cos it is busy and STRICTLY first come, first served. Ignore all the booking options on any travel booking App. They’re wrong! You can’t book.

Ok took longer than expected. - So we booked a two way zip lining then when getting into our meeting point we were advised that it will be only 1 way due to change of wind conditions. So we are needing a refund

Disappointed - The zip line was great BUT we may have been scammed. We paid 150 pesos each for photos on the zip line that would be sent later in the day. We have still not received despite trying to contact them !!!

Unorganised - We got our tickets from the beach at 12 o'clock, although the zip line was closed for lunch until 1o'clock No problem, we made our way up to the line ( very steep 2nd half of an 8 mi ute walk) Once there we were told to take a seat and wait. As more people came i noticed some people taking a card with a number on it from the counter. I did the same, this is very important, it is your place in the queue. When it opened they started calling the numbers, ours was 8. When called you exchange that for another number, this is the number of people actually in the queue, mine was 48. At 3 o'clock we took the ride, 1 minute later we were negotiating the steps down to get to the sea. If you're lucky the tide will be low or out, in which case your walk back to the beach will be relatively easy. If not take shoes with you to negotiate the slippery and sharp rocks and pebbles which you have to walk across. I think anyone with mobility issues would struggle to reach the beach without incident. A long winded way of saying if you're pushed for time or have walking issues, I'd definitely give this a miss.

Disappointing - Booked on the morning of, money was taken from the account. Arrived and said that we wouldn't get to go on them because of the queues. Messaged about a refund and so far haven't received anything. Disappointing service and annoying to not get a response.

Waste of time & money - Made a 9am booking only to arrive on time & be told there are no reservations so anyone who didn’t have a booking that turned up before us got served first. Paid for a 2 way zip line but got told only one way was available and Viator argued needed evidence to obtain a partial refund. After waiting an hour only 6 people had been served & we still had another 30 people in front of us. Worst service ever. Very disorganised.

Don't book! - We booked especially in advance and were sent away. Money's gone, don't get a dime back. This is absolutely not okay and will have consequences.

Broken zip line wasted time - We went to the facility on designated time and day. Upon arrival we were told zip line was not operable. We only had a very limited time in El Nido on this trip and the zip line was specifically planned for and ticket pre purchased. This should have been communicated to us at least the previous night or even in the morning. We ended up wasting our precious time in El Nido.
