- El-Moez Street - Sun Pyramids Tours guide will collect guests from their hotel to begin the journey by exploring one of Egypt’s oldest streets, “El Moez Le Din Allah” Street. This street serves as a remarkable testament to historical Cairo, with numerous monuments lining both sides, such as Bab El Fetouh and Bab El Nasr. The tour then proceeds to the northern part of the city, in El Darb El Asfar, the oldest area of Islamic Cairo’s monuments. Here, visitors can explore the Barqouq Mosque & School in Nahassen, El Aqmar Mosque, the Mosque of El Saleh Tala, The Blue Mosque, the Dome, and the Hospital & School of Qalawoon, among others.
- Cairo Tower - Next, enjoy a panoramic view of this magnificent city, with its blend of modern and ancient districts. Those who have stood atop the Citadel or the upper floors of some of the taller hotels are familiar with the breathtaking views offered by Cairo Tower. Located on Gezira Island (Zemalak), just north of the Museum of Modern Art, the tower provides a sweeping view of Cairo. This 187-meter tall structure, designed as a latticework tube that slightly fans out at the top, is said to resemble a lotus plant and ranks as the fourth tallest tower in the world. Constructed from granite, a material frequently used by the ancient Egyptians, it stands about 45 meters taller than the Great Pyramid at Giza. After the tour, guests will be returned to their hotel.
