Fun for all - Worth the dive. Make sure you request Cristian. He made our dive epic. He was very knowledgeable and helpful. Even caught a serpin for us. Also a big thumbs up to Pamela and Carmen for preparing us for the event.

Beautiful and unique experience - A comprehensive and exciting experience with a personal guide who takes you under the water and back up again. We had so much fun, initially it was scary to put this equipment on and experience the pressure change, the rock walk down felt a little unstable and potentially hazardous but we did well and had such a fun time, including some beautiful photos and video which you can purchase afterwards. Be aware it is on the south west of the island, and not far from Captain Morgan's cave museum experience, but is far from the airport and main north east beach area. Highly recommended!

Walk like an astronaut underwater - It was better than I expected! It only took like 30 minutes, but it was well worth it! The divers that lead the groups are very helpful and know what they are doing, and they do interesting underwater tricks to entertain!

If you’re nervous like I was….DON’T BE! - Helmet Diving with Aquanautas was a lot of fun! It was my first time ever doing anything like this as I’m not very adventurous. Before arriving, I was a bit nervous because I wasn’t sure how we would actually get to the bottom of the ocean. Good thing Aquanautas has a YouTube channel that fully explains the process in English and Spanish so it eased my anxiety. We actually climb down a ladder of sorts onto the ocean floor. When we arrived, we watched the same instructional video I watched on YouTube, given lockers and a wristband. Please note: the wristband is only for the AQUANAUTAS excursion only. There are other activities to do in the area but it is 8,000 COP (a different color wristband) and not included with the helmet diving excursion. ALSO, you cannot bring your own personal cameras on this excursion. My friend had a Go pro and had to lock it away in her locker. The guides were nice and reassuring because the ONLY con I would say is that you have to swim a short distance from the rock ledge to the platform to retrieve your helmet. If you are not a swimmer, you can hold on to a rope that connects from the ladder of the rock ledge to the platform and use that to guide you over. THE HELMET IS HEAVY but under water you don’t really feel the weight. Once we were full submerged, the guides broke us up into our individual groups so our guide guided my friend and I away from the other groups and took PLENTY of pics and videos of us for purchase (low cost) after the excursion. We definitely enjoyed, would recommend to friends and would also do it again!

Fun Experience - Super fun! I wanted to look at everything! I was nervous about the pressure in my ears but I was fine. I did have to pop them a few times. Amazing experience would definitely do it again.

Beautiful underwater experience - Under water is beautiful and the staff very helpful while walking around with the helmets on. Outside infrastructure not so good. Water slide and trampoline are paid separately. To stay on the premises after the experience you had to pay. Not cool.

Tourist trap defined - This tour is the definition of a tourist trap. It’s a total waste of time. Some of the staff is unfriendly. You go underwater to see a fake Greek statue and some aquarium fish. Otherwise it’s bare, barren and ugly. The guys who take you down are attentive and nice but otherwise a total waste of time. The photos were all very bad too. Not one we liked among a few dozen that were taken and the camera malfunctioned about halfway through. Overall it was a terrible experience. Even worse because we were shaken down for additional money for being 7 minutes late.

Near death experience - Almost dying. It is a thrilling new experience to watch your helmet fill with water while you’re at the bottom.
