El Cocuy National Natural Park - After being picked up from your hotel by an English-speaking guide, you will head to the bus terminal. You will take a comfortable overnight bus to El Cocuy, where you will arrive on the next morning.

You will roll around town at 7 am and have breakfast at El Cocuy village upon arrival. After, you will get on jeeps, heading to Hacienda la Esperanza, at 3.600MASL. There, you can leave your things in the cabins, and get ready for the first hike. You will have an acclimatization hike in the area to get acquainted with the altitude and terrain. That night, you will have a delicious meal, and go to bed early to rest up for the next day’s hike.
