Recommend this 100% - This was one of the most organized excursions we have ever done. Communication with them was excellent. Our ship changed ports we were coming into the day before, Wild Tours messaged me to let me know (I had no idea) and gave us a new place to meet them. Their instructions on where to meet were so clear and included both a walking map and a picture of what we were looking for at the meeting spot. Super easy!! The adventure itself was also well run and super fun. We went in March and they hadn’t had rain in a while so we didn’t have any mud to go through, but the drive and bumpy road was still pretty fun. The cavern was pretty…not still, gross water like some of the reviews say. The water has sulfur in it, which is why it doesn’t smell great but it was refreshing and clear. It was a cool spot! Both our boys (9&14) enjoyed the day. I would absolutely recommend this trip!

Excellent XTrails Tour - Armando and Gabriel were excellent tour guides, very funny and informative. Highly recommend this excursion if you are ever in the area and you don’t mind bumpy rides!

Victor not so good, but trip was great!! - Viator provided the wrong directions for pick up for the beginning of the day which almost caused our family to miss this experience. Thankfully we spoke to Wild Tours and they did everything they could to save the day. Made the trip Amazing! I would highly recommend Wild Tours to everyone. Just be careful using Viator.

A great dirty time! - My family of 3 booked this tour during our RCCL cruise in November. Such a fabulous time! The 4-seater was a great switch up from the usual 1 seater ATV. The instructors were very thorough with safety provisions and made sure our group felt comfortable enough to drive. The trails were perfectly muddy and provided a nice thrill so be prepared to get dirty! Along our route we rode through the jungle, village and was able to visit the Cenotes to swim (if you preferred) and the guides also provided historical facts about the location. The tour did provide water, lockers rentals, helmet, bandana, goggles and the option to purchase water shoes/crocs. My only gripe was I wish it would’ve been noted beforehand in the description that crocs/water shoes are suitable for adventure. My first mindset was to wear them but we didn’t want to get turned around and risk missing our tour so we wore sneakers we were ok with getting dirty.

Xrail on Cozumel - Armando was a terrific guide. The trail is what you’d expect which a ranch style feel. It’s rougher in some parts, kicks up a lot of direct but a spot or two where it a bit more fun as it kicks up small amounts of mud. The jade caverns are what others have described, a little smelly and the water appears to be dirty even though it’s not. Once the guide showed us that the water was actually clean/clear about 4-5 of us got and it was refreshing but didn’t stay in there very long. There was a couple that did the cliff dive part and they had a good time. Majority of the fun is the XRAIL although the trail portion seemed shorter and quicker than we anticipated.

XRAIL jungle adventure - Great people, great family experience. We showed up to check if this was where we needed to be in a couple of hours and they asked if we wanted to go now. The guides were friendly and helpful.

Good Tour, Read The Reviews Before Deciding - Our guide Angel, was great. Angel gets 5 stars. Nothing wrong with him. We gave this tour 4 Stars and probably should be three based on the misinformation provided by Trip Advisor. I read the reviews prior to booking so I knew I was taking my chances. The tour says it’s at least 3 hours. Well it was not. It was about an hour and a half of driving and jumping in a cenote. Some other tourists were very vocal about being “cheated”. They said , “we paid for three hours and this is barely an hour and a half”. Angel explained that it’s 45 minute check in and that the tour is never 3 hours long, but he would gladly let them speak with the manager. Angel was very respectful and we understand it’s not his fault. He’s following orders. I just think there’s a mis connect with Wild Tours and Trip Advisor and that needs to be fixed ASAP because tourists are thinking they are paying for something and they get something else. Like i said, I knew I was taking my chances based on some of the not so stellar reviews, but went with it. We didn’t raise a stink about it because we knew that could happen, and it would’ve been a lot nicer to drive around in the mud a bit longer since the tour was the most expensive of all at $300. Was it worth $300??? In retrospect, I would’ve expected more for that amount. Maybe some beer or some snacks. Angel provided water. Ultimately, for $300 I would expect more time driving in and out of mud holes than what we did. Again, we took our chances after reading some of the reviews. It wasn’t bad, but for the money more is expected. Great job Angel. Saludos, Luis and Eve

Carefully review policies and ask to clarify ahead of time. - Policy said maximum age to drive was 70. We had a healthy 70+ with us and he was refused because in person policy is 70 is max age to participate. Lost chance at memories with my father. Nothing on this excursion would have been a challenge for him.

Cancelled excursion due to missing info - I purchased this excursion for myself and 3 of my family members to go from the cruise port in Cozumel. We go to the tour counter to check-in and the guy starts asking questions like have you had any surgeries, back issues or pregnant. I told him that I had hip surgery in August 2022 and he called his manager and I was told I would not be able to go on the excursion. I appreciate Viator for giving me a refund, however there needs to be more specific timelines given so that excursions are not purchased that cannot be taken due to timing of medical procedures.
