Fun and Exciting Tour! - This tour was so much fun!! The double atvs are no different or less capable than the singles and the guide was amazing. We had Israel and he was very informative and easy to keep up with. The trail was dusty because we went during “the dry season” but I believe other months would be muddy. If you do not have a bag with zippers, I would purchase the locket rental because stuff will bump around and fall out of your bag. The trail is extremely rocky. The cenote was also fun. We did jump in to swim, but we didn’t stay in the water long. There are bats but I thought it was super cool to see them all flying around. The guide has a lot of cool facts and was very helpful. We loved every part of this tour and the convenience of the site with all the facilities they have like the showers and rentals.

ATV tour - Our tour was AMAZING and so professional. We had Miguel as our guide and he was so knowledgeable and fantastic. We only had my boyfriend and myself and one other couple in our group, so it was nice to have a small tour. We were visiting the port from a cruise ship but booked the tour through trip advisor and I strongly recommend it if you want a smaller group and to be away from the cruise crowds. Again, PLEASE book the tour if you’re thinking about it! Very knowledgeable about the land we rode through, even had “paparazzi” waiting to take pictures of us during the tour. We LOVED Miguel and all the crew around, so funny and kind.

A+ Tour - Had a great time on this ATV tour. Miguel and Caroline were our guides and they were great. We saw some native animals which Miguel was very knowledgeable on and explained them to us. We also visited a Cenote which was very fun and had the chance to dive and go swimming. 100 percent recommend for anyone visiting Cozumel and want to explore the island. ATVs also were awesome.

An Unforgettable Experience with the best guides - All around awesome experience, from start to finish. Miguel and Caroline were absolutely amazing, and very knowledgeable. The ATV’s were in good condition and the trails were thrilling. A great experience for all to see the jungle of beautiful Cozumel and the natural Cenote in Jade Cavern. I would 100% recommend this excursion for everyone of all ages. Can’t wait to do it again!

WOW! Just Wow. So much fun! - This excursion was so much fun! It was off a Norwegian cruise. Let me start by saying I'm a 60 year old woman in good physical shape with no medical restrictions. The quads were huge and very rugged. They were not new machines, but after one use on the trails they would all be dirty. This ride is not for the faint of heart. The trails are rugged, very bumpy and often very wet. We chose single quads but doubles were also available. This is a jungle trip to an open, water-filled cave that smells of sulfur and is full of bats. It is not the clean, sanitized version we would get in the US. There are no paved roads or hand rails and it is very rugged. After a 30 minute bus ride to the starting point, we were given instruction on rules and use of the quads. We then received helmets, goggles and scarves for our face (which we were able to keep). We set out in one single-file line as a group of 15, separated based on experience, fast ones in the front with their own guide, slower, inexperienced riders in the back with a guide, and a guide in the middle of the line. There is water and gray mud on the trail, and you will 100% be going through it at some point. This means you will get muddy feet and lower legs. Wear appropriate shoes, close-toed are required and if you don't have them they will make you rent them. Crocs are acceptable (and for rent) but I wore sneakers that could get dirty. I chose to wear pants (that could also get dirty) but there were people in shorts; I was glad I had pants on. They also asked us to sign an insurance release as these machines are big and expensive to replace. They give you the option of purchasing insurance for $25 but everyone declined. As for bags, our trip was followed by a stop at Playa Mia beach so most people had a backpack with clothes to change in to-we were not able to take them on the quads but they had lockers to rent for $3. If you want to swim in the cenote you will need to wear your suit under your clothes and forego a towel. This is not a trip for people with physical disabilities or restrictions. It is a physically demanding ride requiring full use of hands, arms and legs. There are no ramps or concessions made for those with walkers or wheelchairs (I don't think Mexico has an ADA to be honest). We chose single quads and would for sure do so again-I would not have wanted to be a back seat passenger on this ride, driving yourself is the only way to go. You must be a licensed driver and every license was checked, twice. All that being said, it was the most fun I've had in a very long time. It was an absolutely beautiful trip to see something that you may see only once in your life. We did not take pics on the ride but were able to do so at the cenote. Those quads take 2 hands to operate at all times and they did not stop for photo ops. Bucket list item checked.

Wrong time - Time slot was sold out, they charge my card and try to accommodate me for 2:30pm, I informed them with plenty of time that those hours doesn't work for us to get back on time to our cruise and they didn't cancel my reservation. I'm still waiting for my refund

Poor Information and Service by Viator - I was not allowed to participate in this ride due to the tour operator's policy about a past medical issue; however, this information had not been provided to me by either Viator or the tour operator prior to my arrival. The medical requirements provided in the email did not include my issue. I requested a refund from both the tour operator and Viator and was denied. I even had to pay for a taxi to take me to a different location, although transfers were supposed to be included. The operator was very helpful to me in obtaining the taxi and a beach recommendation., which I appreciated. I am very dissatisfied, mostly with Viator.

Unprofessional ATV Tour & Lack of Empathy. - This experience was an overall disaster due to the unprofessionalism of those at the ATV tour... we were a group of 10, all waiting to be boarded and they said anyone who was PRE-diabetic could not ride... even though our family member had medical clearance from a week before that they were healthy to go on the trip and participate in the excursions we took. Their rules were NOWHERE on the website or WARNINGS posted, they pulled this last minute and were not even willing to listen when we said we had a bag prepared with medication in case of an emergency. We then asked him to show us WHERE on the waiver forms it stated anything about pre-diabetes, he was not able to find it, he said that was just a rule that they had and would not change... even though it showed up nowhere in writing. Following that, we returned the papers to him, he misplaced them and ACCUSED our family of STEALING the papers- saying if nobody turned them up he would check cameras, call law enforcement and have charges pressed.... All along, he had given them to his assistant and forgotten... He was determined to press charges for HIS mistake. We are a very understanding family as we do not want to cause any trouble in anybody's place of work or another country... however, if they were going to make a medical claim like that, we did expect it to be in writing- and it wasn't. They started getting unprofessional when we asked for the proof to back their statements... and there was none. We were not expecting this treatment as were a family of 10 and had paid more than $750 to get on tour... what a true disappointment. Had we known this we would've planned something else or saved our money for a different tour.
