Look forward to trying the recipe ourselves - Booked this experience as I've done similar in other countries, and it was an absolutely lovely event. Menna was our guide and very knowledgeable about Egyptian culture and history. Sarah was our cook, we were made to feel very welcome in her home and the Koshary she showed us the preparation for tasted delicious. Would definitely do something similar again.

Great Food and Personal Touch! - Had a great experience with Ahmed learning how to cook some traditional Egyptian food! I spent two days with him. The first was riding horses / camels and the second cooking some delicious meals. He is a great guy to book with and has a wonderful family. Thank you again for the wonderful experience

Hospitable and Delicious - Our cooking class was wonderful and personal. He took us to his family home and we had a wonderful, detailed and simple class. We made Kosharey and it was delicious! The family was super hospitable and so welcoming. Thank you for hosting a great class!
