Worst experience for a seasoned traveller - This was a horrible experience. 👎👎 The driver never showed. I called 3 times to the help numbers. First time we were told to call back in 10 mins as there was no one to speak English. Second call we were told they were not responsible and could not help. We told to ring a different number. The other number provided did not connect. I messaged on the chat app provided in the booking but no one responded. In the end we had to get a taxi after waiting almost an hour. I have requested via messaging available for a full refund. I'm yet to receive any response. I have used these booking services before including booking tours which were very successful in the past. This was the first time I have had such a terrible experience. As Australians say, "Not happy Jan!" For anyone reading this, it's cheaper and easier to get a taxi from Gimpo airport to Seoul than use this transfer service.
