Wonderful history of Greyfriars - We took the Greyfriars Kirkyard tour and enjoyed it immensely. We learned a lot of history and lore about the city, Scotland, and the cemetery itself. Our guide was very knowledgeable and friendly!

A must for taphophiles - The tour was absolutely wonderful. Robin is a very friendly and attentive guide and my partner and I learnt a lot thanks to him. The tour contained of a walk across the cemetery and Robin knew interesting information about almost every grave and tombstone and the symbolism and history. I can only recommend this tour - especially for tombstone tourists and taphophiles!

Fantastic Tour - My daughter and I were looking for a smaller tour where we could ask questions / interact with the host and not get lost in a crowd . We had a great time with the small group we were in and learned so many interesting facts that were delivered with passion and humour . What a great host - I would definitely recommend booking!

Interesting and funny - We had a very pleasant visite with Robin Mitchell. He is a very passionate and funny man. We learned and laughed during the tour of the Greyfriars Kirkyard which is not an easy mix in a cemetery.

Funny and interesting - Robin was an amazing guide. With a lot of good stories and references he gave us a really funny and interesting tour through the tombs. Also thanks to his cousin who solves Robins research riddles.

Exciting and interesting historical tour - We had a very entertaining, educational and exciting afternoon with our guide Robin. Robin had many big and small stories about Edinburgh's most famous cemetery and the people buried there. A tour that was far removed from the usual Harry Potter and ghost theme. Robin is very friendly and humorous, we absolutely and unreservedly recommend the tour!
