Hailing from the Italian island of Sardinia, your host Luisa has spent some 18 years working in hospitality; moving to Edinburgh three years ago after managing Michelin Star restaurants in England. Having always dreamed of opening her own restaurant, the supper club trend realised a more affordable option for Luisa - starting Scotland Meets Sardinia’ in her home two year ago.

A variety of Italian appetizers awaits you, followed by an elaborate 8-course tasting menu. This menu has been crafted with inspiration from the traditional Sardinian recipes Luisa’s family has passed on, and features only the best British and Scottish products, alongside ingredients from Sardinia. While dining, Luisa will share stories of the places and cultures that have shaped her culinary creations. Guests are also free to bring their own beverages!
