A definite for your vacation - We loved Kieran and all of his history and knowledge of Edinburg. Showing us extra nooks and crannies made the tour even more exciting .. Recomended spots to visit and eat that weren’t on the tour really was special. Wish we could give more than 5 stars !!

Super tour with Kieran! - A great tour with Kieran, who shared so many stories and insights with us that really brought this amazing city to life in our minds. And a spectacular value. We’re definitely doing one of his other tours when we come back to town. Very highly recommend this tour for a fun, funny, and fascinating introduction to the city. Thanks, Kieran!

Highly recommended. - I enjoyed two great tours with Local Eyes Dave (New Town and Dean Village) and Gary (Old Town). Both very informative and entertaining. Learned a lot and enjoyed myself along the way. Top ranking among all the walks I’ve done. If you’ve time for one tour, make it one of these.

Great Tour of the City - My wife and I booked this tour last minute and it was one of our best ones in Edinburgh. Emma the tour guide did a great job walking us through the city and the different times. This is a great first tour for the city as you get the basics and learn a lot of information. Can’t say enough about how good Emma was a tour guide.

Profound knowledge conveyed excellently - Keiran was our guide and he has a profound knowledge of very interesting historical stories. Yes, times and facts are important for a historical city tour, but who can really remember all of these dates. Exciting ones are much more enjoyable even though they are often tragic. Keiran was able to convey this kind of stories to us excellently and made it easy for us to listen and easier to remember dates and fact. We did the Hidden Secrets Tour also with Keiran and again we were happy about it.

An interesting walk - The students learned a lot about the history of the old town. Our two guides were very welcoming, but sometimes they spoke a little quickly for a French high school audience. Overall it was a very good experience.
