- Brendan was the best tour guide ever! I’ve done this trip before but today was absolutely amazing. He was really funny and shared loads of information. We thoroughly enjoyed the day. He definitely deserves a raise! Plus, he’s a very good singer.

Fantastic highland experience - Ian was amazing. It was a long day, but his insights and knowledgeable references to the past made it fly by. My daughters, 10 and 8, had a wonderful time as well. Truly a highlight of our trip to the UK. Unfortunately, we didn't see Nessie.

Highland Loch Ness Wonderful Tour - Very nice tour. Incredibly scenic trip to see the highlands, Loch Ness, small villages and so much more. Ian was the best tour guide. As a history major I appreciated all the nuances he pointed out about Scotland, its wars and challenges and Queen May Scott. Ian is a knowledgeable, funny, very nice person. He gave May helpful hints along the way to better enjoy our trip and mini once waiting times. He is also a very good driver. Being in a bus from 7:30 AN to 7 PM you really appreciate someone who can navigate and steer a large vehicle on tight corners without making you sick. Here’s a hint (sit right behind him if possible as the view is better and you are first in line for coffee etc.). As important in our exchanges with Ian we could see what a good human being he is. We thought that the length of the tour was daunting but not so with all the physical sights and many insights from Ian. Also another secret - I believe this is the only tour company and bus with a built in restroom. Did not use it but nice to k how it’s there. Hats off to Greyline and Ian and to the Apex Waterloo Hotel staff who recommended same.

- DO NOT give your money to this company! Dealing with corporate has been terrible, our trip was cancelled half-way through the tour and the entire group was promised full refunds by the company within 3-5 business days. It has been weeks since the cancelled trip, I have reached out to the company directly and have no heard any response and are currently out over 600 pounds. We had an amazing driver, however, I would NOT recommend travelling with this group as they will not be giving your money back even if they promise to do so.
