Magical Skye - Had a wonderful time. The trip to and from Portree was filled with memorial moments and tons of information. The tour guide, Neil, provided the right amount of attention. Never felt rushed nor neglected. Very pleased with my experience.

Must Do to experience Real Scottland - The Tour was/is just amazing! I was very lucky to have been with a small nice group & an awesome Tour Guide, a young girl called Cares (sorry for the spelling). She just did a wonderful job to pack great stories, amazing places, music, scottish traditions and language into these 3 days!! Also, she kept motivated and laughing despite the rain and cold. My highlight so far was just the full day to explore the Isle of Skye. Alltogether, I'm very happy to have been on the Tour and definitely recommend it - thank you!!

So worth it! - This tour was amazing and well planned. Timberbush tours planned it perfectly with the timing, routes and sights. B&B arranged by them were beautiful and even had a great view. We thoroughly enjoyed our trip and would highly recommend this tour

Tour of Skye and the Highlands - Fantastic tour with Dave as a guide: the historical sites, scenery, and recommendations were spot on. Excellent three days of travel on a comfortable bus with two nights nearby accommodations on Skye. Highly recommend.

Isle of Skye, The Highlands & Loch Ness Tour with Iain Buchanan - My husband and I had a great time on the Isle of Skye, The Highlands & Loch Ness Tour. We were fortunate to have Iain Buchanan as our tour guide and he was absolutely amazing. Iain's passion and extensive knowledge were impressive and his recommendations on the best places to see and visit were very helpful. I have traveled extensively and I can confidently say that Iain is one of the best tour guides I have ever had. Thank you so much, Iain, for everything!

Life-changing. - On the fence about booking this tour? DO IT. You won't regret it and it is well worth the money. The Timberbush Tour is designed to be quintessential Scotland--you go through the Highlands, the lochs, the castles, and all the way around Skye. There truly was never a dull moment, and every view was scenic. Make sure you have enough room in your camera roll, because you won't want to forget the beauty of Scotland. I won't lie, I teared up when it was over. To make a good tour, you need a good tour guide. Ian Buchanan is truly the best of the best. He taught us the history of the sites, but also shared personal anecdotes that gave color to the whole experience. He was knowledgable, funny, and personalized the trip for each of us. Want to see some Heilan coos? He'll make it happen. Want to stop a second and take some pictures at a place not on the itinerary? He'll do his best to get you the perfect shot. While we did the greatest hits, Ian also took us off the beaten path to see some real and rare gems (places that haven't been Instagrammed to death), which is arguably where the real magic of Scotland is. Skye itself is gorgeous, and Portree is the perfect cozy, seaside town, like the type of place you read about in novels. The food is incredible and my accommodations (which I had Timberbush arrange) were sublime. I had the best view of the harbor! I truly have never seen such a beautiful yet cozy place as Scotland, and I probably wouldn't have known how magical it is if I hadn't taken this tour. I left pieces of my heart in the Highlands and in Skye, which means I'll just have to come back!

Perfection - It was exceptional. Our guide was the perfect description of a divine guide. Ian accompanied us throughout the trip and from the beginning he showed us each place of interest. Trying to make sure we saw as much as possible and carefully taking care of the needs of the passengers, meeting their demands as much as possible. The first day he provided us with everything we needed to understand the history of the land we were visiting. The clans and broadly speaking the reason for many of the customs. The second day and for us the best of our trip was the day where we toured the lands of the Isle of Skye. Ian, knowing that it was a day full of tourists, chose to slightly change the order of the itinerary, this way we could enjoy the day more and we would have fewer complications from both traffic and other tourists at the points of interest. He explained to us the places where we would go while driving, in this way he saved time so that we could take all the photos we wanted within the timing. He showed us quite remote but super beautiful spots since we had very good time and in addition to that he took into account requests that we made at the beginning of the day. Finally, and in summary, the guide was spectacular, he had all the factors so that we could see in the best conditions more than 20 points of interest in Skye and also as many round trips. We are very grateful for such close treatment with the guide. As far as the tour is concerned. It was spectacular, we had bad luck on two of the days but the "strong" day was a slightly cloudy day and we were able to photograph many things such as the Fairy pools, the old man store, and some waterfalls among many other attractions and mountains. I would repeat without hesitation with the same guide above all.

Highly recommended - One of the best trips ever! Our guide was amazing - Andrew from Timberbush. He was patient, informative and really tried his best to ensure everyone was having a good holiday. Totally worth it, as we got to see so much more than what was listed. Excellent tour!
