Spread over three levels inside a registered heritage structure, our Brand Home features a test still room used to produce our gin and conduct other creative ventures, our primary whisky distillery – the core of our operations, a cozy bar boasting views of Salisbury Crags, and a dedicated store that highlights the finest new wave Scotch whisky and Edinburgh’s local craft manufacturers.
