Best meal ever! - We had a dinner here on the 17th of October and it was amazing, all thanks to Taylor! Her service was phenomenal! She was so attentive, she checked in with us just enough so we knew she was there without that ‘overbearing feeling’ she had banter and she was just all round a lovely server to have, a total asset to the business!

lunch at the hard rock cafe - we went here to get something to eat the food was lovely and the staff were so friendly. we would recommend going in it is always a great time at the hard rock cafe

Friendly staff and good food. - If I can't choose, I'll see if a city has a Hard Rock Café. I've never been disappointed there. This time also very friendly staff (thank you Angel!) I wanted nachos without onions, but then it would be a weird dish (only cheese and beans), but I chose the grilled salmon (delicious!). Later in the hotel I found out that I had paid for the nachos. An email sent because we were passing through. I got a quick answer and I'm going to get settled. Thanks again!

Fantastic service and food - This is a lovely place to eat. I ordered the Haggis burger (which had whisky-infused onions and whisky sauce) and when I explained that I couldn’t have anything with alcohol, our server Martin was very courteous. I just expected the burger to come with no sauce, but they had kindly substituted the sauce. Heather, another server, was also fantastic. My boyfriend and I were very well looked after and the food was delicious. We bought t-shirts in the shop afterwards 😁

Compulsory hard rock visit - Old buoldinging dark lighting . Not much memorabilia mainly photo posters . Other hard rocks have displays from ceilings this one hasnt. Got caught out by sugar tax coke only on bottles, food was nice and hot server kepr checking wr were all right thumbs up . The music were really low so coulnt really hear and where we were sat there werent any screens in good view. I been in better hard rocks

Perfect vibes, mid tier food overall, wings were banging - We came for my birthday dinner, first time in Edinburgh and a hard rock cafe, the vibes were immaculate, the live singer was really good, and the service by Sarah was great (thank you for not singing happy birthday to me, I would've cried). The main meal was a little disappointing, we had the burger and bbq plate, the burger was lacking flavour + the pork belly on the bbq plate was cold, but the ribs were really good. The wings we had as a starter were genuinely the best wings we've ever had!! We would come back just for those, phenomenal. Overall the vibes and service was great, would recommend if you love wings + general bbq food - will say, on the website there was vegan food advertised, but there were almost 0 vegan options actually available.

Ok but not great. - Not the best Hard Rock Cafe - seemed a bit small and lacking the decor and memorabilia we've seen in other locations. Food was OK but not exceptional. The shop was small with a limited stock, and the large group of over excited teenage girls who wouldn't leave the shop until they had all made their purchases got in everyone's way. Staff made no effort to manage the issue.

Rude staff, slow service, poor food - Went here over the weekend after visiting Edinburgh to see Oasis. Having visited many Hard Rocks across the globe, we were bitterly disappointed in this one, in particular the rude, abrupt service - especially from John - his lanyard stated 'Scouse John'. Rushed to get our order, rolled eyes when we said not ready, very condescending at the point of order. Drinks came around 15mins later in dribs and drabs - food took around 45mins with only 10 tables in the restaurant. Tried to clear plates as we were still eating - then hovered round the table asking if we wanted anything else (clearly wanted us out) We go to Hard Rocks as usually the service is great and lively - but this time we just felt an inconvenience and to be honest, may be our last trip to Hard Rock. Our bill came to around £250 which wasn't worth it at all and would rather take our money elsewhere to someone who deserves it!!
