The fun journey of Edinburgh's other history - A very nice experience, Queen Mary was very nice and stayed in her role at all times which made everything much more understood, a very nice and fun trip, it will be an unforgettable part of the trip we took with my family.

Great tour and fab guide - Our guide ‘James Douglas’ was excellent . Very funny and informative. Included everyone in the group in his stories and had an amazing ability to recall everyone’s name and where they were from . Would definitely recommend

Recommend - Mary Queen of Scots took us on an interesting walk of Edinburgh. I love history and hearing about how people lived back then is amazing. Our guide was so knowledgeable and approachable. Edinburgh has lots of stories to find and this is coming from a Glasgow girl. Would do again or one of the other tours offered.

Gruesome historical guide - The Great Lafayette was a fantastic guide - lots of fun facts as we went and lots of great stories and historical references. Not many, if any, ghost stories but still fun. Underground tour wasn’t what I was expecting- this is just a very small part of the trip into an underground vault - good stories though!

Avoid this tour like the devil - Our friends had visited Edinburgh 5 years ago and raved about the underground ghost tour. They must have taken a different tour because this one was awful. The underground portion was just standing in some cellar rooms while the guide, as a witch, tried to gross us out with torture details and reverted to cheap stunts like turning off the lights, stomping on a door that one of the tourists was looking through and yelling a lot. The only worthwhile part was going to the Greyfriars cemetery. Our advice is to find another ghost tour and avoid this one.
