It’s So Worth It - It’s the best way to see any city, but this company runs its routes efficiently. They make their team members easy to spot and find, and are very friendly. The price is in line with the service that they give. I definitely would recommend using their services. I did the red, the blue, and the green line and got to see Edinburgh and its totality without a severe amount of effort on my part. And understanding where to go, what to see, and then going to see it. I especially like that when you purchase a ticket, it is valid for 24 hours. But I wouldn’t recommend that if you have at least two days in this city, just buy the pass for both days so you can see what you want to see and easily get there. Thanks for helping me create great memories in Edinburgh.

Worth using to see the city - All around the buses were good. Unfortunately the first day they constantly ran very behind. Also, there was no WiFi on board of any of the buses even though it is advertised.

Okay - Missed a lot of the trip due to weather and not able to find our way. Saw some interesting things and was grateful for a roof due to the rain. Probably should have only bought one pass as we didn't have time to do both routes.

Rather recommended - Basically nice tour On some buses there was no translation available at all (audio broken). Audio very quiet and simple in-ear headphones. When buying a ticket we were not advised of the 2-day ticket.

Ok running late had to miss a few stops - Cheaper version but you get what you pay for. Was running late had to miss a few stops. Wasn’t very welcoming getting on as he was obviously in a hurry.

Gary's remorse - The earphones are fine but the story that the individual tells you is so confusing and they don't even tell you first what the stop is and what's there they wait and wait and sometimes you get no information also the Wi-Fi is very spotty some buses have it some buses don't and the driver just left when we asked about the internet

Total fail. - 3 different hop on/off companies with multiple routes each. Very confusing about where/which bus to take. Recorded guide difficult to hear. Driver talking loudly to others on walker. We finally got off and stayed off.

- Our first day in Edinburgh, and we decided to buy the two day pass - big disappointment! We waited in the rain for almost 45 minutes, only to be rudely hustled onto the bus by a surly driver who didn’t even scan our tickets, nor did he offer us headphones or a map. Next, he took off very quickly, throwing both my friend and I into one another, nearly knocking her to the ground, and throwing us against the seat and railing. The bus was overpacked, with people standing in the aisles, as there were no seats available. I’ve tried to get a refund, but no luck. We spent all that money, and never felt that it was safe (or desirable) to use the bus again. What a horrible introduction to the trip we’d been planning for months.

Buses never come - Buses do not come very often - idea of bus every 10 minutes is a lie. Waited in the rain as every other bus came, but not the Big Bus.
