Great Experience with a Great Hostess/Guide/Sommelier! - Started at the Balmoral Hotel moved on to The Scottish Cafe & Restaurant & finished up at Twenty Princes Street enjoying at least two different types of wine at each place along with varying types of delicious Scottish food. Joanne's knowledge for parings of food & wine, her engaging personality and her passion for Scotland and what she does made the time fly by. This was a great way to start our trip to Scotland and I highly recommend joining Joanne on this adventure. You won't be disappointed!

The locations we visited were places I wouldn't normally think to go to but were lovely inside. I was also really impressed with the food and wine pairing. The flavours combined rso well. Fantastic Wine Tour - What a day out! We started in a beautiful hotel tasting champagne and accompanied by some delicious nibbles. We then moved onto two other venues where the wine and food were equally as scrumptious and the portions were generous. Our tour guide was so interesting and informative. I now know what to look out for in the supermarket to find a decent bottle of wine and how to do a proper tasting! I haven’t stopped talking about it. It was definitely one of the best days out I’ve had in while. I highly recommend it!

Unearthing the grape - I’ve never thought deeply about wine I drink what I like so it was very interesting to have facts “unearthed” by Bronwyn Anderson who is not only immensely knowledgeable but charming and fun with her information. The food pairing was well thought out, even my venture into the world of Haggis but Bronwyn had carefully selected wines that complimented that most unusual dish. Go you’ll love it !
