This tremendous exploration of Edinburgh begins beneath the Edinburgh Castle. With our first doughnut shop as one of the city’s original establishments that craft distinctly flavored doughnuts daily. Once you’ve indulged your sweet tooth at our opening venue, we’ll stroll casually through the Grassmarket, up Victoria Street, one of Edinburgh’s most captured and cherished locations. We won’t miss to highlight various eateries, boutiques, bars, and other attractions for you to visit during your stay in Edinburgh. Our second stop, situated near the Royal Mile, offers us a mouthwatering selection of chocolate, jam-filled, and other types of donuts at Mòr Bakery, closely accompanied by a familial bakery serving traditional Scottish pastries that you’re sure to relish.

Unique tour with Andre - This tour was brilliant! I learned so much about Edinburgh; Andre is very knowledgeable and passionate about Scotland, and he shone a light on details I would never notice on my own just walking around town. There are a lot of hidden gems in Edinburgh and such a rich, fascinating history that makes you travel in time.
The tour was even more delicious while having coffee and donuts along the way. Special mention to Room and Rumours, a cool place with even cooler donuts. Lucky for us, the weather was nice, and I got to take lots of beautiful pictures.
It is a very original experience that you won't find anywhere else.

Amazing donut tour with Ignas! - The Edinburgh Donut Tour was absolutely incredible! Our guide, Ignas, had so many interesting stories to share about Edinburgh's history. From medieval times to today's longstanding Scottish traditions, Ignas had everything covered! His enthusiasm and passion for storytelling made this tour very captivating and he made the stories come alive. I now have a whole new perception of Grassmarket and I will not be forgetting about Maggie Dickon's life story any time soon! We also got to taste some delicious donuts, especially those from Kilted Donuts. Ignas also gave great recommendations of things to do in Edinburgh and places to eat which I am very thankful for and I'm eager to try them out.

Sweet treats and Edinburgh experience - What a great experience! Our guide Ignas was super friendly, engaging, and knowledgeable! We also got to try some of the best donuts I've ever had in Edinburgh!! The Kilted Donut is a firm favourite, but Mimi's bakehouse Cheese and Chive scone rounded off this quintessential Scottish experience perfectly. Getting to see Edinburgh with sweet treats along the way is one of the most perfect ways to spend a day.

5 Star Experience - I was invited along as part of a PR experience but had to share my own thoughts on this really great tour! We had such a fantastic experience on the underground donut tour in Edinburgh! Having lived in Edinburgh for a few years (and visited the city many times before that) I was so pleasantly surprised that I still learnt so many interesting, hilarious and gory facts about Edinburgh! and got to try out a few local gems that I hadn't been to before! Huge shoutout to our tour guide Grace, she was absolutely fabulous and such a laugh! Her knowledge on the history of Edinburgh and the local businesses was so impressive and she was so patient with our questions. I will definitely be recommending Underground Donut Tour to all my friends!

This tour is a HIDDEN GEM! - This was an awesome tour! Andre and Grace were super nice to chat with and had great and interesting information on Edinburgh that I never knew before! The places we visited were fun! It was mostly dessert oriented and no just donuts (we had one actual donut place), but I didn’t mind because it was all super yummy!
One thing that could’ve been better is maybe taking time in the restaurant to try the desserts rather than walking and eating while being given info, but other than that it was a great price for my experience and they even took me to an outlander filming location (Jamie’s printing shop)!
I was also given great recommendations on where to go to shop, places to see, and eat at!
This is a great tour to book if you want to learn some interesting history about Edinburgh and visit a lot of its highlights while eating delicious sweets! It’s also a great price compared to other food tours in Edinburgh! Thank you Andre and Grace!

Best way to start your day in Edinburgh with the family - Our expectations were far exceeded taking the tour with Grace and Andrea. This was our first full day staying in Edinburgh and no better way to kick things off then with a coffee and donut! Not just one or two, but we had a total of four baked goods each, all from local bakeries, throughout the entire tour.
Grace and Andrea filled us in on all the history and gave us suggestions of spots to checkout.

Learning and fun in Edinburgh - We had a great time on the tour and learned so much about Edinburgh, our tour guide Grace was very friendly and made the tour a fun aswell as a knowledgeable experience, the donuts were a bonus. I would definitely recommend this tour
