Reflecting on a remarkable shore expedition from Invergordon.
We gathered at 8.30am and after short greetings, we set off northward towards Dornoch and Dunrobbin Castle, immersing ourselves in the splendor of the castle and the Falconry show amidst the stunning scenery.
We later retreated to Dornoch for lunch. Our afternoon involved savouring a whisky tasting session at Glenmorangie distillery which was followed by a tour and tasting at Dalmore Distillery. This was a high point of the day for Dalmore King Alexander 111, as he enjoyed his favorite malt by visiting the distillery.
Our day was a pleasurable one as we exchanged narratives about Scotland– its history, traditions and myths, including travel tales.
