Mount Rinjani - Arrival Day: One day before trak begin, we will come to pickup you as included in the price and transfer to hotel in Sembalun.
Day 1:
After breakfast at hotel we will register at the Rinjani information center.
Trekking start at Sembalun 8:00 am with a gentle climb through open meadow. After about 2 hours of walking, we will reach the post 1 (1300m), and another 40 minutes to Pos 2 (1500m). We will continue to Pos 3 (1800m) and have lunch here.
After lunch and rest, we will go to crater rim (2639m). It takes 3 hours including a prolonged steep climb. We will camp the night on the crater rim. We can enjoy the view of sunrise and sunset.
Day 2:
We wake up around 2:00 am under the cover of darkness with a hot drink and a light breakfast. Start heading to the summit at 3:00 am with a moderate trek, followed by a fairly easy but longer trek. Final approach that involves climbing up steep volcanic scree looser.
At 6:00.am We reach the summit (3726 m) with a beautiful sunrise.
After that, we will descend into the crater rim Sembalun within 2 hours and then continue down to Sembalun, for 5 hours to reach and from Sembalun we drop of you to the location included in the price. finish trip

Best Organizer on Rinjani! Explore More on “Timbanuh”with EmAdventure! - I’ve been coming to climb Gunung Rinjani several times before and always choose this organizer. Em is not just a guide, he becomes a good friend. And you need to have good partners to go beyond the normal route. This time we explore more in the off beaten path of the South side of Rinjani, Timbanuh route where they limit only 60 people per day. This route is simply raw. It was only our team on this route and no one else. Jungle rain forest kind of adventure where you might slip on any step! Plus! It was raining whole day but well, it’s a part of good adventure !! The food was exceptional as always, Em makes sure of it. The porters and guides were friendly, they had great service mind and took care of me very well. I also did 2D1N program to the summit for documentary. Happy experiences indeed! I would definitely come back with Em to explore other routes. Highly recommended!

2 happy days on Rinjani - I had an incredible two days on Mount Rinjani. Opting for the two-day, one-night summit climb, I owe a huge thanks to the EM Adventure team! I reached out to them last minute, just a day before the climb. Despite the short notice, they efficiently arranged my permit and organized transfers from Gili Island to the start of the trail and to the airport after the climb. The guide and porter did an amazing job, and I truly appreciated the delicious meals they cooked for me.
We ended up becoming friends! Thank you so much for the unforgettable experience!

Rinjani Trekking 2d1n - Mr. Em and his team are very friendly, including guide and porter. Everything was organized well so that we could focus on and enjoy the trek. The accomodation the night before the trek in Sembalun was clean and comfortable.
Only little downside was the ~1hr belated pick up from the harbor due to a misunderstanding from the driver but I'm sure this was an exception.
Overall we were very satisfied! I think this tour has the best price-performance ratio you can get.

Rinjani Volcano Trail - The porters provide good service and are considerate. The food is adequate and delicious. The guides take good care of injured tourists. The porters, even though they were carrying heavy loads, accompanied them on the trip and took care of them all the time.

Stellar - Epic adventure with Mr Em and his lovely crew! The stay the night prior is beautiful, they help you with anything you need before trekking. The trek itself was amazing and our guide, Nas was fantastic. They fed us plenty of delicious food along the way and made it easy for us to enjoy the experience overall. 100% recommend!

unforgettably fun experience with Em's team in Rinjani - We (5 person) took 4 days and 3 nights package of rinjani hiking, via sembalun-torean. there were so many trip operators based in Jakarta, but we chose Em because as Sembalun's local business owner, he knows his area best.
Em's rate including lombok airport pick up to the guest house, and transport back when we finished hiking.
We stay overnight in Em's cozy guesthouse in Sembalun before hiking the next morning. registrations and administrative requirements have already handled by em.
Em's team including 1 guide and 5 porters. they took care of everything, starting from setting up sleeping tent and toilet tent, cooking meals and waters, serving snacks, escorting to summit, and helping us with documentation.
Ading, the guide was really attentive during our hike. all porters were professional and smiley, giving us good vibes during tough days in rinjani.
Em's camping equipment was impressive. spacious tent, premium sleeping bag with pillow and thick mattress, comfortable table and chairs to dine in.
The meal was tasty and freshly cooked. the drink selection could be improved (adding instant jahe, nutrisari/ kopi susu perhaps?) they even served us mung beans porridge to keep us warm.
Overall it was a pleasant experience with em adventure. you only need to bring personal belongings in daypack / small carrier.
When you plan to hike Rinjani, do not hesitate to contact Em. he will not only serve you professionally, but with heart.
Em will make sure you start hiking fully energized, and finish with smile, as beautiful as Sunset in Segara Anak lake.

Great organization - Perfect organization: remote reservation, pick-up at the port, dinner the evening before in a homestay; the whole team is adorable and Em explains the route to us and finds us the clothes we are missing. During the hike, the guide is too nice (speaks English), adapts to our pace, (eg: shows the fast pace necessary to reach Mount Rinjani before sunrise, then stays alongside the slower ones) camp efficient, excellent and plentiful meals. On the way back, nice debrief over tea, Em is really interesting. And at the end the team driver takes us wherever we want in Lombok to our next destination.

A wonderful life time experience with Em Adventure - Traveling with Em Adventure is really fun. Everything has been prepared. Just take a leisurely walk. Porter was responsible and helpful, we ate well, slept comfortably. Recommend friends to go with EM Adventure

Marvelous Experience! - Beautiful experience in a spectacular and wild environment. The guide and the porters were very kind and polite. We had water and food for the entire hiking. Just a tip for the Rinjani Park Managers: be sure that the base camp and the rest point being cleaned more frequently!

Better find the other ones! - Yes. They can communicate in English. However, the understanding is another story. They twisted the words accusing me saying something I really didn't. So, ended up didn’t climb up since there was a lot misunderstanding before the start. How could I endure the whole hiking trip with them? Kindly consider wisely with this operator. Hope you have a better experience.
