There is no end to what you can see while sailing with Virgin Islands Day Sailing. Join us as we explore the most breathtaking locations around the Virgin Islands. Create timeless memories as you experience spectacular sailing destinations with those you love.

Full day excursions depart from our slip in Sapphire Beach Marina, St. Thomas at 9:00 am (You can board as early as 8:30). After a quick safety briefing, we cast the lines and head out. If everyone is on-board early, we’ll get an early start.

Enjoy the sights and our open bar as we sail. Our destination will be the St. John National Park and the picturesque surrounding cays. You will have the chance to discover why many say that St John offers some of the best snorkeling and swimming locations in the Virgin Islands.

We usually try to hit two different locations with a fresh grilled lunch served between stops. . Full day excursion will return to the marina around 4 pm. For special occasions please reach out for custom options.

We're located in Slip S-18 at Sapphire Beach Marina. If driving, we have ample free parking. If arriving by taxi, have the driver drop you at the Marina office. Proceed to slip S-18 which is on the back side of the marina from the parking area..

Fantastic, small group, private sailing charter - We had an amazing time on this charter. Wonderful boat and crew. Good music and fantastic snorkeling! I would absolutely go again!

Skip the party boats! Refreshing, peaceful, and recharging. Views are breathtaking! - Mark (captain) and Jess (marine biologist) were fantastic. Full of knowledge about the island and all the animals we saw while snorkeling. This is the trip to take if you want stunning views, relaxation, some tranquility away from the crowds, and great snorkeling! Thanks for a memorable 40th birthday Mark and Jess! Michael & Heather

Book now!!! Seriously!!! - This was an awesome addition to our vacation! We had never been to the USVI before, and booking this tour was the cherry on top to an already wonderful vacation. Mark and Jess were very skilled, knowledgeable, and hospitable. We felt right at home with them. They knew the history behind certain places, the best snorkeling spots, specific types of coral and sea life we were seeing, and even took us a different way back to St. Thomas just so we could see rare birds! The snorkeling was top notch- we saw many turtles, beautiful fish, and breathtaking corals. Lunch was served on a white tablecloth- seriously! This was a fantastic experience that we will remember for a lifetime. We will definitely book with them again when we return to the USVI and highly recommend them to family and friends!

Best day on the water - Absolutely awesome day on the water. Mark and Rusty were great. Snorkeling was lots of fun, saw turtles and beautiful fish. Food was delish too would do it again in a heartbeat.

Doesn't get better than this - Luckily we booked on a Tuesday when Jess, local marine biologist was crew. We learned so much! We sailed to 3 snorkeling locations and were served beverages and a delicious lunch (not sandwiches). Captain Mark is a skilled sailor and host. And, unlike other east end locations, the Sapphire Beach Marina has ample free parking. From start to finish we were out 6 hours on a beautiful day.

Great experience - Great time and experience. The two person crew were awesome. Would absolutely go with them again. Simply beautiful!! The smaller group was a much better experience than larger ones we have previously gone on

Skip the big party boat for this semi private trip - My son and his wife had joined us from Vancouver BC for this USVI vacation and I felt badly we weren’t having better weather. Mark and Rusty saved the week! They took us to 3 secluded snorkeling spots. My husband said he got better advice on what to see where than we’ve had in all our trips. We saw turtles, a big barracuda and a glimpse of an octopus. We did have a short rainfall and the crew supplied us with rain jackets that kept us warm and dry. The lunch of chicken skewers and pasta salad hit the spot. Bar tender extraordinaire Rusty kept us supplied with painkillers, rum punch and local beer. We loved the almost private charter experience and it was a great way for my kids to end the week before they leave tomorrow. We hop to be back!

Perfect Day - Captain Mark and Rusty were amazing! So much fun and so much to see!!! The trip was relaxing and views were beautiful! Lunch was delicious and the Pain Killers were perfect!!! We had a beautiful day in paradise with our family. Thank you Mark and Rusty!!!

Sailing enjyment - We enjoyed snorkeling and island cruises. Mark & Rusty were both very helpful and good cooks too. We would recommend highly and go again if we get back here.

Thumbs Up! - Great snorkeling! Being on a sailboat with a max of 6 people is the way to go, unless you like a loud & huge crowd, bumping into others when snorkeling, and getting drunk. Mark & Rusty were great and informative. Very relaxing.
