- Mariendahl Road - Our staff will orient you and give a safety briefing upon arrival. Then you will depart in a kayak to explore the mangrove lagoon at your leisure. All rentals must be returned by 4:30PM. The arrival time is flexible allowing you to arrive at anytime that is convenient for you.

Explore the Wildlife Sanctuary and Marine Reserve Mangrove Lagoon in St. Thomas on your own and at your own pace with our Self-Guided Kayak Tour. The Mangrove Lagoon is a lush forest that grows in salt water with shallow winding waterways and tunnels. There are many beautiful areas to explore between The Inner Mangrove Lagoon and Bird Island. Guests who want an independent experience can discover on their own the beauty and serenity of the lagoon and narrow waterways between mangrove trees. Encounter wildlife, paddle to secluded cays and islands, and even to a rare geological blow-hole. Whether you are an experience kayaker, a guest who has already enjoyed one of our tours and are familiar with the lagoon, or you just want the flexibility and freedom to explore on your own, now you can.
Single and double kayaks, paddles, life jackets, and snorkel gear are provided for those who want to tour around the lagoon on their own.

Great Kayaking Excursion. - Awesome kyaking exursion through the mangroves off St. Thomas Island. Our guides were Jay and Lilly, two awesome young ladies with a penchant for adventure. They pointed out a lot of interesting facts about the different species of mangroves, and other ecological and historical facts about the island. Kayaking was great... snorkleing was fun but nothing extraordinary, but that is nothing against the company nor the guides. Recommend this excursion to anyone.

Week in St Thomas with family, 1st time - Rented snorkeling gear for a week and on the last day, rented two kayaks. Great and friendly staff, worth it every penny.

Great time kayaking, snorkeling, and short hike - The guides and itinerary were fantastic. We had a group of 14 - ranging in ages of 23 - 63. Everyone really enjoyed the trip. The initial briefing was very informative as well as information the guides provided during the trip. There were different levels of ability in the group and the guides accommodated everyone. Everyone loved the tour. I highly recommend!

Ecotours USVI kayak rental - My wife and two young adult children rented kayaks and we had a great time kayaking and snorkeling such an unusual habitat. They were very relaxed and helpful and even leant us snorkels. Easy to get to and a great price. i would highly recommend.

really neat eco tour in the mangroves - really fun experience. learning about mangroves, horseshoe crabs, the kayaking, geography, some history of the waterways (Blackbeard), holding an upsidedown jellyfish - you won't regret this tour! Our guide was Anslem, he was a great tourguide!

Amazing Ecotour Kayak Adventure in the Mangroves - Troy, Kyrell and Tye were amazing hosts during our kayak trip. Not only full of energy and good fun, but so knowledgable about the mangroves and the island. They educated us about the native animals, trees and waters. It was such a fun experience and I am SO glad we did this trip with them!

Beautiful Scenery, relaxing - My boyfriend and I had such a good time here. We did the single kayaks and snorkeling by ourselves and the views were so beautiful, the kayak to the beach was smooth and easy to get to. Big shout out to Dia and Devon who helped set us up good!, and had some real good talk before leaving. Thank you so much for the restaurant recommendations and your hospitality. We definitely will be returning and will recommend everyone to you! Blessings 🙏🏾🥰

Enjoy the natural environment - What a wonderful day! and when it was over Shay-Lin Smith topped it off with a smile, a painkiller, and beautiful beach shirt. Get away from the crowds and enjoy the natural environment! You can't beat this experience!
