Best views of the island - April was quiet, no lineup. Beautiful views from the top of the hill. Lots of staff so felt safe on the ride. Didn’t do the zip line down, enjoyed the slower ride instead. The museum was very informative and interesting.. The restaurant served a very nice lunch and drinks. Well worth a visit for the best views of Simpson Bay & St Phillipsburg.

You will never regret you went there! - Gorgeous views, nicely done amenities. We did not use the zip-lines, but it seems like people are really enjoying them.

Pretty spot to enjoy views, a drink and relax. - A very interesting tour. There is small museum at the foot of the mountain with a lot of historical information on the island and its development from earliest human settlements to current times. There is a chairlift to the top for viewing and the zipline. Halfway up there is a stop for a bobsled type ride. Gorgeous viewpoints at the top, you can see Anguilla, St Barths and Saba. There is a bar and seating area available at the top as well. You can take the chairlift down or zip line. I think there are different wrist bands depending on your method of descent!

Sky Explorer Adventure - The Sky Explorer tour was extremely fun and provided a great bird’s eye view of the island. We did the tour on our first full day on the island and it helped orient our sightseeing on the following days. The equipment was well maintained, the staff were very friendly and I highly recommend the tour.

Wonderful day with good food and great views - We had a wonderful day at the sky explorer. Fantastic views of the island from both the ride up and down. I f you are scared of heights, you really would be ok with this ride. It's nice and slow and in most areas going up it isn't that far off the ground. (Some spots are higher of course) but it is slow and steady, very relaxing. We had lunch in the restaurant at the bottom, very good (drinks were AMAZING) nice afternoon excursion.

A blatant lack of customer service & poor safety methods - Great 360 views of the island from the top deck next to the Flying Dutchman launch station, but our day was marred by a lack of care & attention to safety, we took the sky explorer back down & one of our party got a minor injury due to the lack of reminders to lift our feet & the young lad got distracted nearly sending us over the edge without lowering the safety bar, the staff on the next lower level were helpful & attended to the minor injury, but upon returning to ground level, the lack of interest was blatantly obvious,?we were all left traumatised by the experience, they offered us a complimentary photo for our inconvenience,?when I stated this wasn’t enough. & wanted a full refund,?the lad said he would bring a manager, this didn’t happen & we were only offered a refund for the injured party, only after insisting that all wanted a refund were we taken to the management offices, where they still insisted that only one of us would be refunded, after an intense discussion did we receive a full refund, the lack of interest & health & safety training were very obvious, I wouldn’t go there again nor recommend anyone else to do so either

Becareful you have to complete a waiver this could affect your insurance. - After we booked, they wanted us to complete a waiver, this made me very nervous and no mention of this before booking. In the waiver it mentioned health conditions again I was worried our insurance would be void if anything happened. Therefore, I decided to cancel. Eventually, I got a response. 10% was deducted for admin again I expected a full refund.

You will NOT skip a single line - Not still all a “skip the line “ process. There were 3 lines and I was not able to “skip” any of them. I could’ve simply purchased at the gate and had the same experience. I usually purchase from custom and things are as advertised. This is the first unpleasant experience .
