Great Wildlife Tour - I booked this tour somewhat spontaneous one day in advance as it had good reviews. Lisa was our driver and guide and was so knowledgeable and great. She spotted so many birds and other wildlife and took us to some awesome locations. Also it was a small group of only 4 that made it a special tour as well. I would absolutely recommend this tour.

Birds and Seals and Sea Lions, oh my! - This is a "must do" if you can! I wanted to see the wildlife of southern New Zealand and it doesn't always just appear! There were only 4 of us on the tour with a knowledgeable and fun guide. We spotted birds on our drive out to the Otago Peninsula. We then went onto private land to see a very large seal colony, walked on the beach with sea lions too many to count and even saw the rare yellow-eyed penguin through binoculars! Definitely one of the highlights of my trip!

Penguin love is real - Our guide was phenomenal, she shared her deep knowledge of the area and the wildlife. We saw albatross, yellow eyed penguins, spoonbills, sea lions, too many to name. Our guide wore a microphone so we could hear all about the birds and fascinating history of the region. The cliffs and vistas were stunning. We were even lucky enough to witness a yellow eyed penguin greet her mate when he returned from fishing, they waddled to each other and embraced, sweetest penguin moment ever, amazing.

Worth the trip! - Amazing views of the Otago peninsula! So lucky to have seen sea lions, fur seals, a bunch of sea birds, and double penguin (yellow eyed and the little blue)! Our guide Fergus is super nice and very professional, introducing us to different species and spotted birds like the kingfisher. We had a great day!!

Clearwater Wildlife Experience - Excellent!!! One of the best tour that I’ve ever been on!!! Our driver/guide, Sian?? knows her stuff! She gave an excellent presentation on the wildlife, making sure safety was number one priority, and the wildlife animals were safe. It was so cool to see the New Zealand sea lion at a safe distance, and see the New Zealand fur seals playing in the tide pools. Even though we weren’t able to see the yellow-eyed penguin, in the open, only in his nest, was still an awesome experience!

100% MUST DO WHILST IN DUNEDIN!! - Paula was amazing with her guided tour of the Otago Peninsula! Unfortunately the weather was not amazing, however, we managed to see two yellow-eyed penguins from a distance and some amazing views of Albatross’ and seals! Couldn’t recommend enough to anyone travelling in the Dunedin area! 10/10 ⭐️

Fun and Educational - Overall the experience was good. The tour guided provided information and it was a fun walk down to the beach to see the penguins at a distance along with sea lions. But the walk to the beach is tough - not moderate. My travel friend couldn’t go see the penguins due to stairs. If you have mobility issues, check with the tour company first.
