Best personalized Speyside distillery tour - We had a great time on our Speyside distillery tours with Lawrence. He helped us customize an itinerary to visit the specific distilleries we were interested in that would work with our schedule. He was very friendly and easy to work with and provided all the details for our tour day. Our personalized tour was fantastic and went perfectly smoothly thanks to Lawrence's planning. He made great recommendations for where to visit and also included a few stops along the way for interesting landmarks and a cozy local lunch. We could not have been happier with how the day went and would absolutely recommend Highlander Private Tours and book with Lawrence for future visits.

Fantastic, fun day touring distilleries and local history - Lawrence was absolutely great. He made planning and booking multiple tours very easy for us and helped work out a realistic itinerary to cover as much as possible in our available time. Not only did he pull off the multiple requested stops, but worked in a few quick stops along the way and pointed out lots of local highlights and history. He was genuinely just a really nice guy to spend the day with and was very knowledgeable and friendly to my wife and I. Great recommendation on The Highlander Inn for lunch, and we enjoyed chatting with him during our drive. If we do make it back to the Inverness area, we already have a list of places we’d want to visit and would absolutely contact Lawrence again to make it happen.

Speyside Whisky Tour - Always wanted to do a speyside whisky tour, and so Organised this with Highlander private tours with Lawrence as our guide.. Had an amazing day. Special thanks to Lawrence for getting us into the incredible Macallan distillery on the day as this was not part of the original tour

Whisky Wonderland - Thanks to Lawrence for an amazing Tour of some of the distilleries of the speyside region. My personal highlights were the beautiful and relaxing lounge of the glenfiddich distillery where we enjoyed lovely service from the staff, and the truly incredible Macallan distillery, which can only be described as a whisky wonderland (hence the title)./ Thanks again Lawrence...until next time

Sherry cask delights - Thanks to Lawrence for sorting a fantastic trip to visit Speyside distilleries. Some fabulous drams were sampled. A great 5 dram tasting at Aberlour starting with a trial of their 70% Abv new make, then getting to try some distillery only 11 yo 50% bottlings - one bourbon, one sherry cask, as well as some others. The visit to Glenallachie was a highlight. Fantastic sherry cask drams and a treat to find a range at cask strength too. Afterwards Lawrence took us for dinner in The Highlander pub in Craigellichie - a Mecca for whisky lovers - for some traditional Scottish fare. A wonderful trip!

Great day in Speyside sampling Scotch! - Had a great day touring distilleries near Craigellachie. Our driver, Bill, picked us up at the hotel and escorted us to four distilleries in the area. He did a great job keeping us on schedule. He was a wonderful tour guide, telling us about Scottish history and the local area. I would highly recommend this tour to anyone who loves scotch or wants to learn a little of the area history.

Speyside Tour (and Isle of Skye) - Three words - WORTH EVERY PENCE! My family and I spent three days with Lawrence, driving around Speyside and Isle of Skye. He did a fantastic job and made our trip very special. We had provided a couple distilleries that we wanted to visit and he built a wonderful, site-filled itinerary around these locations. Lawrence planned our trip on Speyside so it included historic sites, a distillery tour of Glenlivit, a visit to the Glenfiddich whiskey lounge, a wonderful lunch at the Mash Tun, and a very informative stop at the Speyside Cooperage. He has in depth knowledge that he shared throughout our journey. There was something magical about listening to Lawrence’s account of Jacobite history while driving through the rolling hills on our way to the Isle of Skye. He kept us on schedule without making us feel rushed (which is a huge effort when you have a family like mine!) while fitting in a ton of beautiful sites. This private tour was the highlight of our time in Scotland. I cannot recommend him enough!
