We’ll commence our journey on the scenic Adriatic coastline, taking in views of Elaphiti and Pelješac peninsula before we cross into Bosnian territory. Enjoy the overlooked beauty of southern Bosnia and Herzegovina on this private day trip, teeming with cultural diversity and natural beauty. Our first pit stop is at the abundant Kravice waterfalls, nestled in the karst heartland of Herzegovina. Next, we explore Pocitelj, a historical village situated along the Neretva river. Contemporary Mostar is divided between the West and East Side, Christian and Muslim communities, with the 16th-century Old Bridge, a creation of the Ottomans, signifying an informal boundary. Finally, we call at Blagaj, marvelling at its stunning karst landscape, positioned below a few hundred-meter-tall cliff, from which river Buna emerges.

Brilliant! - This was one of the best tours I have been on. Our tour guides Zoran and Haki were friendly, knowledgeable and punctual. We had an excellent time seeing the Kravice Waterfalls and Mostar, not to mention the incredible lunch we had at a local winery. 100% recommend this tour and the company.

Great trip - Excellent tour, recommended! Getting to Mostar from Dubrovnik means quite a lot of time on the road, which is why we splurged on the private tour for our last day in Dubrovnik rather than spending much of the day being stuck on a coach bus, and we're glad we did. Dražen was an excellent driver and tour guide; very friendly, perfect English, knowledgeable, flexible with the times, and just all around a great guide. Mostar and Kravice are major tourist destinations in Bosnia, so expect there to be crowds at both, but they are still stunning. Blagaj doesn't seem to be part of the itineraries of most other tours from Dubrovnik, and it's a great bonus stop. It's close to Mostar, so it doesn't add much driving time, but it's super worth the stop. Culturally, we found the Muslim/Bosniak aspect of Mostar and particularly Blagaj to be particularly interesting, as this was different from what we experienced in Croatia. Before we booked, we weren't quite sure whether we should do this tour or the Bay of Kotor (Montenegro) tour, but hearing about how many hours folks can get stuck at the Montenegro border, we are glad we did this tour. The border crossings took about 30 minutes getting into Bosnia and 10 minutes back into Croatia.

Amazing Day in Bosnia!! - Our day in Bosnia was simply amazing! Perfect all the way around! Ivo is the best guide in Croatia and he gave us so much historical information in every town we went! He was relaxed, easy going and very practical! He even took us to Medjugorge and I was able to go up the Aparition Hill! That was the perfect end to our day tour. The lunch we had in Mostar at the recommended restaurant was delicious! Amazing food, service and environment. I would recommend anyone in Dubrovnik to take this tour with Ivo and enjoy Beautiful Bosnia!

Mostar Day Trip from Dubrovnik - My sister and our two teen-age sons booked this private day trip from Dubrovnik and loved it! Ivo was our exceptionally knowledgeable, professional, and friendly driver/guide. We cannot imagine having a better driver/guide for this experience! We were picked up right on time and travelled in a comfortable, exceptionally clean, air-conditioned van. We were able to visit Počitelj, Mostar old town, and Kravice waterfalls. Počitelj was an incredible, off-the-beaten-path place to visit. Make sure to try the fresh pomegranate juice while there. We all loved walking around the markets/shops in Mostar -- even the teenage boys! Mostar Bridge is an incredible site to see in person. We had an excellent lunch on the upstairs covered patio of a restaurant, managing to get a little fresh breeze on a hot day. Ivo knew all the places to go and was incredibly flexible so we could set the pace with sightseeing, shopping, and lunch. He's also extremely knowledgeable about this history in the Balkan countries and was able to answer lots of questions about both past and current events in the region. Kravice waterfall was an optional stop, and we decided a swim at the end of our day sounded quite refreshing! Note that the waterfalls are incredibly beautiful, but if you plan to swim -- the bathrooms are at the top of the hill (changing facilities down at the swimming area are just behind a screen), and don't sit at any of the restaurant chairs near the changing area, otherwise you might have an angry restaurant owner yelling at you. Even if you don't swim, it's worth a stop to see the waterfalls (and take some photos) if you have time. We had an incredibly wonderful day and felt it was a "must do" trip for anyone with enough time in Dubrovnik area to fit in a day trip to Bosnia. Also, Ivo knows the BEST bakery/cafe stops for a quick snack, so make sure to include a bakery stop at some point in your day.

Enjoyed our guided tour in Bosnia - We spent a full day touring Bosnia with our great tour guide and driver Ivo. We only had one day to spend in Bosnia and he knew all of the must-see spots to take us to. Ivo was extremely knowledgeable about the area and we saw a lot of sights that we would have never found on our own. He spent a lot of time answering all of our questions and explaining a lot of history. Our tour included going to Mostar and it did not disappoint. Ivo took us to a great restaurant there and helped us with the ordering. A highlight was the Kravice waterfalls. They are stunning. I highly recommend this tour if you have limited time in Bosnia. It was wonderful not to have to rent a car, drive, and find parking places.
