Great day out to see some history - A wonderful place to visit. Tour was great including a boat ride to break up the bus trip. Boarder crossing took a long time (~1 hr)

Perast and Kotor - Lovely day trip. Our guide Karmela was fantastic and the coach comfortable. A bit hot at the time of the year but still a great experience.

The driver and Tour guide... - The driver and Tour guide Josh was very informative and funny to make it more interesting, but was surprised that he was doing both, would be better if you had a guide doing just that to be fair. But we really enjoyed the experience 😊 Peter and Ildi

Montenegro day trip! Worth it. - Marin who sold us the tour in old town dubrovnik was very informative and answered all our questions prior to booking. He arranged the pick up and drop off from Milni for us and passed on we had a birthday in the group. Our tour guide Sandra on the day was so knowledgeable and caring. She had a hotspot for internet access with her as our phones didnt work. Overall it was lovely day and would recommend.

A nice trip but not enough time in Kotor - There's a little confusion with pickup times/places when you book compared to when you're contacted before the trip (it changes slightly) but it all worked fine in the end. Carmella, our guide, was a delight - how she kept the positive energy up through the day (when many people were not at the pickup point etc) I don't know, but she deserves a raise. The trip was nice, we enjoyed Perast, which is very pretty and the trip to Our Lady of the Rock was fine (we didn't go into the church as it was rammed with people and we only had 20 minutes, so it all seems a bit pointless) but I could have done without the hour+ boat ride after that to Kotor, where we were all crammed into a small, covered, baking hot boat. I'd rather have been on the coach. Kotor was beautiful but there wasn't enough time there - we actually ditched the guided tour (as it was going to take almost an hour out of less than three hours we had there) and it still wasn't enough time. We'd have liked to have seen/done more than we were able to - A trip to just Kotor and more time there would be better. Beware of the border crossing times, they're notoriously bad. Thankfully on the way out it was only about an hour but on the way back we were stuck for 2 hours and apparently in the height of summer it can be 3+ - our driver told us he once got stuck there for 9 hours! It's worth checking the current times/situation before you book.

The trip itself was good... - The trip itself was good but the communication from the tour leaders was poor. Although it says gratuities etc. aren't included, it wasn't made clear at tax was due. We had a guide from Perast to Kotor which was great to learn more about Montenegro. There was no information when we boarded the coach about time to each destination etc. One of our guides read out facts from Wikipedia about Montenegro (pointless) on the journey. We sat at passport control for the best part of an hour on the way back which is not in their control, but a quick 'it can take x amount of time' or similar would have been appreciated. No info either on the return drop offs Seemed like our leaders didn't really know what they were doing. Overall,a good tour and a nice amount of time in each place. Good value.

Lacking communication and organization… - As far as transportation from point A to point B and back again, this is a great way to see Kotor and Perast. However, this tour is seriously lacking organization and enthusiastic and communicative guides/organizers. The two guides that were associated with the tour company couldn’t have been more uninterested in the tour— they didn’t share any knowledge about Montenegro/the cities we were visiting outside of an odd, repetitive script from Wikipedia (one could guess) that didn’t really add anything at all. They were also unable to communicate important information relative to meeting points/times and procedural information to members of the group and everyone was incredibly confused. In regards to the border crossing, it is what it is, and it takes a long time. It probably took us an hour leaving Croatia and an hour and half returning to Croatia, which is obviously beyond the control of the tour, however, no information on border crossing or how long the passport control might take (or any other portion of the drive really) or what the procedure was going to be was shared with the group at any point. This was frustrating given how long we spent at the border both ways. The towns of Kotor and Perast are definitely worth visiting and are wonderful, and the local guide (Lydia) was really nice and gave great commentary along the tour in Perast and Kotor, however we had to abandon the large group tour in Kotor because in a group of 45 people if you’re not right next to the guide in a town with narrow streets and tons of people already, you’re unable to hear anything she was saying. The tour company could remedy this by providing audio devices like many other tours do. Next time, I would find a different tour with better organization and communication and with more enthusiastic guides to learn about a new and beautiful country.

Small tour? - Booked the smaller van max 18 people more money, and was placed on huge bus instead. No talk of a refund in price. Guide was good with lots of information, local guide spoke softly and could not hear her over the crowd noise so we just went on our own.
