Excellent tour of Dubrovnik - Excellent trip this morning with Tom, saw some beautiful views around Dubrovnik and was given lots of local information. Tom was very knowledgeable and spoke perfect English. Would definitely recommend tis tour. Thanks John & Margaret

Great tour of Dubrovnik! - Tom was an excellent tour guide. He was very Conscientious and called us way before the tour was supposed to start to ask if it was OK if he could come half an hour later. Of course we said yes. He was very engaging and well-versed in everything having to do with DUBROVNIK as he was born and raised there. He took us to all kinds of panoramic views, with historical, cultural and social facts and stories. Very very interesting. He was very flexible and willing to go whatever we asked. He also sent me a list of recommendations for restaurants. I’m mobility limited so he was very helpful with me getting around and also finding places to take nice pictures. I highly recommend him and would call him again if I’m ever DUBROVNIK..

More than just a tour… - Zeljko provided a first class tour with lots of detail. We appreciated his informal inclusion of lots of personal experience of living and working in Croatia.This sets his tour above many we have experienced and can be highly recommended.

Taxi service - I recently used Zeljko’s taxi service in the Dubrovnik and from Dubrovnik to the airport. I was really satisfied by his professionalism and efficiency. Vehicle was clean and well maintained, making for a comfortable ride. We had a nice chat during the drive and it was not like rest of the “stare into ceiling” rides. I highly recommend his taxi service to anyone!

Disaster - The worst possible experience - prepaid service was not provided. We booked a tour of Dubrovnik via GetYourGuide for our clients, with DTS as the service supplier. Despite many attempts, we could not get in contact information for the guide. DTS provided to GetYourGuide phone number, which doesn't exist. Finally, when we managed to talk to the guide (his name seems to be Tom), I was shocked by his rudeness. On the day of the tour, our client had a stomach problem and asked the guide to wait. However, the guide, whose service was paid for 3 hours, simply left after 35 minutes. When we tried to talk to him and asked him to return to the client, he was extremely rude and blamed our client, stating that he had his breakfast (the guide even took a photo of the client without client' permission!). This guide, Tom, then shouted at me and cut off his phone during our conversation. The main principle of the hospitality business – being friendly with the customer – is not familiar to this company. Avoid them if you don't want to spoil your tour.
