Amerling Fontana - We commence at the Amerling fountain, location is Brsalje 2, next to Dubravka gift shop, outside of the old town walls. The guide will have a blue umbrella.
Walls of Dubrovnik - We take the steps onto the city walls at the western entrance (across the Onofrio fountain). Our first stop is right above the main street from where you will have the best view . Your guide will introduce you to the rich history of the town.
Fort Bokar - The key point of defense of the western entrance to the city. Beautiful view of Fort Lawrence.
Poljana Mrtvo Zvono - The southern section of the wall.
Round fortress. Point of defense between Tower Bokar and Fortress of St. John against possible danger from the sea.
Tvrđava Svetog Ivana - The Fortress of St. John on the south-eastern side of the Old City port controlling and protecting its entry.
Revelin Fortress - It was built to strengthen the vulnerable point of the city fortifications. Major protection from the Turks.
Minceta Fortress - The most prominent point in the defense system toward the land.
By its height and impressive volume the north-western high part of the city and the walls.

Outstanding - I liked this so much I sent others on the same tour the next morning. Deca was amazing, giving so much of the history of Dubrovnik as well as information about the culture. She gave recommendations on where to eat and even helped me with instructions for bus including # and stop nearest my hotel. You should do this tour right away as she will help you enjoy rest of your time in Dubrovnik. Yes, lots of steps but stops to tell you about history or views are well timed to catch your breath and take a break

Brilliant wall walk tour! - Absolutely wonderful wall walk with our lovely guide Desa! Thoroughly knowledgeable, passionate about her city, open to answering all questions not only about the history of Dubrovnik but also present life here, as well as offering great suggestions on what to do and where to go, we totally enjoyed this tour and cannot recommend Desa (and this tour!) enough!
