The highlight of our week in Dublin - Oh my goodness this was the highlight of our week in Dublin! Ann is such an amazing host and engaging conversationalist, and the food was fantastic. She made it very comfortable for everyone in our group, even the guys who weren’t comfortable cooking. The wine flowed freely and you leave with some great recipes . I feel like I found a new best friend and could have easily stayed longer in the evening just chatting with Ann!

Good Food and Great Stories - We had an amazing time with our host, Ann. We did have a good class on cooking Irish food, but it was more; it was a night with strangers sharing stories and adventures. The food was amazing, and the takeaway cookbook will be fun once we get home.

A most terrific experience in Dublin! - As a tourist, one longs for an authentic experience with the locals. And this cooking experience @ Ann’s house was one of the highlights of our trip. Traveling with our college aged kids, we learned how to make soda bread, potato/leak soup, and Irish stew from scratch. And we then ate the delicious meal that we had prepared! Yeah, there was plenty of wine flowing during the preparation and eating of the meal. The nightcap was the most awesome Irish coffee that had at the end of our meal. Thanks Ann for a very educational and fun evening.

Amazing experience for the whole family - We took this cooking class over the summer while we were visiting Ireland and it was so much fun. Our kids (17 and 10) thoroughly enjoyed this and Ann was so good with them. She was so personable and fun and it really was like having dinner at the home of a friend. I was so glad our tour company suggested doing this and would do it again in a heartbeat should we ever go back. It's something different to do and fun for all ages really.
